With the difficulty of acquiring magic items while being unable to go into hard mode, enter the dungeon, OR have a wizard NPC, I'd like to propose the idea of having a Magic shop run in a similar fashion to Lance's store for rare items from the olden days. This could allow players who like to play magic casters a chance to acquire spells they could've learned through RP.

I feel like the majority of these spells, especially the more powerful ones, should be given based on RPR. As well, I feel like any spells should be removed from the HM list, and spells that were on the list reserved for mage-type characters only. (Could even have a roster for magic casters)

ICly, RPR could play into a mage's ability to learn new spells. As in a character with low RPR wouldn't be skilled enough to learn Crystal Storm.

Spells I feel should be available for brand-new mages:

-Aqua Scepter
-Water Bolt
-Magic Missile
-Starfury*
-Rocket Boots

*Only a maybe on this one, as the weapon itself is rather powerful.

Spells I feel should be available for more advanced mages (Moderately high RPR)

-Demon Scythe
-Flamelash
-Flower Of Fire
-Vilethorn
-Magic Dagger
-Magical Harp

Spells I feel should be available for master wizards (Very high RPR, or mod approval)

-Rainbow Rod
-Ice Rod
-Crystal Storm
-Cursed Flames

Again, this is just an idea, but I'd like feedback from the mods. I've just noticed it's become very hard to play magic-casters in Caphori. It may also be possible to implement a Warrior's shop, where one can acquire specialized weapons based on RPR (Although not Armor. I feel the line should be drawn there.)

No need for selling rocket boots, goblin sells them.

I feel this should still be implemented...

I'll add it I am currently training most of the beginner mages myself anyway seeing as I run the Sicariis Guild although I won't do anything with HardMode items until I can clear that with a Mod or Admin but if you want to see how this works out the character I play as is Acaelius
