All items in this list are considered to be HardMode items, regardless of whether or not they are, or where/how they are found/made. If an item is NOT on this list, it is NOT considered hardmode. This is a COMPLETE list. Players are only allowed to have ONE (1) HM item per character.

Armor sets are considered to be 1 item, unless you choose to pick 1 non-armor HM item and a single piece of HM armor. It is YOUR choice, but you cannot do both. In other words: A full set of Adamantite armor OR a single piece of Adamantite armor AND an Adamantite Glaive are BOTH valid to possess. More than this, however, is not allowed.

Items with a * require at LEAST +8 RPR to gain from the Fates.
Items with a ! cannot be obtained by any means, except in VERY special circumstances.
