How long have you been with HGN?: I played quite actively From September to December last year. Returned in the beginning of July, and am somewhat active as of now.

How long have you been Role Playing in general with all games this even includes fourm rping?: I wouldn't say that I'm quite the serious role-player. But I have played roleplay on Garry's Mod from the early beginning in late 2005. I feel my job on the server is to keep people busy, and happy. Players come first, role-play comes second.

People whine and cry for guns, armor, missions and such, are you willing to put up with this?: Always have, always will. Hasn't bothered me ever, and probably never will. I know what to face as a trader, and I promise that there will be no "crying" from me. I know what it's like to have 3 steam chats, 3 people in the bar, and one playing messaging you about losing a gun. Doesn't bother me.

Were you a former Trader before Wipe?: Yes, actually I was. I played the traders Dimitri Lachance, and Khaletskiy Lachance. I have played a trader since the beginning of HGN's Stalker Roleplay server.

Have you had real life tradeing experience?:
Somewhat. My father has a four year degree in business. He himelf has told me what it's like to advertise, buy and sell, and manage a business itself. While I myself have never made any *serious* real life trading, I'm quite fond of how basic business's work.

I need to speak my opnion here, because this is something I cannot hide.
First of all, I feel as though I don't need a bodyguard simply because of the areas I trade in. Nobody would foolishly walk up to a trader in the middle of a bar or lodge and stupidly point a gun at him. Not to mention that as a trader begins to make money, he can arm himself with the finest of weaponry and armor.

I never partake a bodyguard because I simply don't need one. My character's past has rendered his skill in weaponry somewhat decent. Mostly as to what any average person can shoot. I arm myself with the best weapon I can afford without losing profit, and know I can increase my profit by protecting myself. Guns for us are cheap, so why not take advantage of it? Don't spend money on things you don't need to, that's just idiotic. And once you start making over 200,000 roubles; it doesn't even matter anymore honestly.

I must say a few things here, as they need to be said.

First of all, my past has created an image for people that I am a *minge*. I know that this was true, but I am working hard at convincing people this is not true. When I begun playing in June when most people had no idea who I was, I slowly worked up friendships and respect with newer players, and begun re-creating the old ones I had. I'm friends with quite a few admins, a few superadmins, and many players. Most people respect me now, and I respect them. Remember "You can't judge a book by its cover", but you can judge by "actions speak louder than words".

BACKSTORY

I'm not writer here, so bare with me. Mention these in-character and I'll go..more in depth

Birthplace:
"Khaletskiy Lachance was born in the small village of Benetice in the Old Czech Republic. A rather quiet village, which would be devestated by a group of raiders. The village of Benetice has always been quiet. Trading routes came through, animals running around, and children playing all around. It was a quiant village, and the people of Benetice were always happy and proud of their work."

Father:
"Khaletskiy's father: William J. Lachance, was a man of honor, and pride. He was what many would call a true man. His care and love for his children, his family, and the village itself would not go unoticed. Khaletskiy's fathers skills lied mainly in business. Possesing a four year degree in Business itself, he was a wonderful trader. He knew how to haggle his way to a good deal, and benefit the village through every trade. Khaletskiy's fathers most favorite hobby was gardening. He would till the gardens, and would create food for the entire village, even in troubled times of famine."

"Needless to say, William was a good man, but his life came to a devastating end when the raiders attacked. The raiders went for William first for unkown reasons, but it was rumored that he was involved in a corrupt trade involving over-priced goods. The day William died, little *Khale"* would swear vengeance on his father."

Mother:

"Khaletskiy's mother: Patricia B. Lachance, was sadly the complete opposite of William. She was a woman of greed, selfishness, and self benefit. She would constantly steal food and household items during visits when nobody was looking, as well as steal koruna's from William. Her skills although in stealth itself were quite formidable. She taught herslef how to steal, how to persuade and convince. She used her skills for her own selfish gain, and even in the worst times she would ignore her childrens cries for love."

"Not much is known about Patricia, except she was banned from the village when she was caught stealing from another villagers garden. Khaletskiy's hate for his mother burns with a passion, and even the slight mention of her sends him to a depressing anger. The only thing known about her now is she lives somewhere in the state of New Jersey, near the city of Clifton. How she got there is unkown, due to the fact she left the night she was banned from the village."

Dog:

"Like any happy family, a happy family will have a dog. And that dog, was Misty. Misty was a rough collie, but she was not any average collie. She was purchased and brought to the village from a champions in-show at a small city a few kilometers west of the Village. She was valued at 53,000 koruna's; the equivalent to a little over 3000 U.S dollars. The village at first was devastated when they heard William had purchased a dog at such a ridiculous price, but the reason would soon be learned, and the village would come to understand, and love the dog."

"Misty was not like any average collie due to her superior genetics and birth-health. Her price was valued at such due to her superior abilities in scouting and watching. She would become the top watch-dog in the village, and would be known far and wide through the villages of the Czech Republic. Her greatest ability although was to be the best type of family-pet. She became the guardian of Khaletskiy and the brothers, and would be cherished for years to come....until her life came to a sad end."

"Misty's life came to a sudden end at the age of 12. Her death was never shared with the family, and was sadly hidden by Khaletskiy's father for the rest of his life, and to the other-realm. The day she died was a tragic one, and would even appear in small newspapers. Khaletskiy was the one to take it the hardest although because of his love for the dog. She seemed to favor him the most, because of his care for her as well. It is a shame that Khaletskiy would never purchase another dog, for he did not want to re-live the same event."

Brothers:

"The first brother to be mentioned is Dimochka B. Lachance. The only thing known about Dimochka is that he left the village when he was 16, and never returned. It was rumored he joined the Ukraine Military, but it is not a fact. Khaletskhiy, for his whole life, usually avoided Dimochka. He was a terrible brother. His care for anyone or anything around him was little to null, even with the proper dicsipline William served him. The only other thing known for a fact is that Dimochka had been stationed in the Zone, and was killed."

"The next brother to be mentioned is Dimitri W. Lachance. Dimitri was Khaletskiy's favorite brother, due to his care for Khaletskiy and the fact he always looked out for him. He would become the second son to become a trader, as well as Khaletskiy. It would be Dimitri first that would become a professional trader, and would show Khaletskiy the ropes of trading itself, as well as his father."

"Dimitri's skill in trading and business was phenomenal. He became a widely known trader through-out the Zone, and would become feared among many because of his hate for his enemies. The stories told by stalkers would cause people to shiver. Stories that mentioned mercenaries hired by Dimitri would slit their throats, cut their heads off, and do the worst things imaginable. Dimitri himself was fearless when he dealt with his enemies himself, and many new stalkers would avoid him at all times. The mercenaries hired by Dimitri were rumored to be some of the most skilled mercenaries in the Zone, and at a very expensive cost. It is the reason why Dimitri would rarely make a profit."

"Sadly, Dimitri had passed away at the hands of a mercenary female and a few of her gang-bangers that would betray in the eastern area of the Zone. It would be Khaletskiy himself to discover this, and he would swear vengeance upon the people who killed Dimitri. At first discovering, Khaletskiy was sent into a terrible depression, almost causing him to kill himself. But there would be one, a military girl, who would save him, and show him true happyness. She would be the one to convince Khaletskiy to better himself, and his fellow friends of the Military."

Khaletskiy:


"The story of *Khale* himself is a long tale. Born April, 21, 1987. in the International Clinic pf Prague, at the night of a terrible storm, it would be that day that he would grow up to be a formidable trader..."

"Khaletskiy's first actual trade was made in the village he grew up in: Benetice. He would trade a comic book called Clover, for 4 packages of Bobaluski gum. It was at that time that Khaletskiy realised his comic was valued at 25 koruna's, while his gum was valued at a total of 35. This is the event that would spark Khaletskiy's desire and lust to become a real trader, just like his father did. His motivation to gain profit and benefit his family would never end..."

"Khaletskiy; with time, would come to his fathers expectations. He learned the ways of trading, how haggling and tactics worked, and would team up with his brother Dimitri to become a great trading duo. Sadly, they  would not trade together in the Zone."

"Khaletskiy's emotions range widely. At the mere mention of his mother or father, he can become upsettingly angry. At the mention of people complimenting his work, he would become happy in an instant. Khaletskiy's hate for his mother is what sparks his worst anger, and his anger would sadly cause him to lose many of his friends"

"The main point here, is that Khaletskiy came to the zone not for money, but for friends and happyness. His skills in the Old Czech Republic became worthless when its downfall came, and with time would discover the Zone itself, and would buy his way here in search of more people of his kind, and his brother.."

Backstory of character:Yuri was born in Moscow. From a young age he had a dream to be a wealthy businessman. When he became old enough he started his own little business with his older brother. It was a small little food business. In a short time the brothers business flourished and grew in size. It started to become a famous little business in his small district of Moscow. A few years after his business began, Yuri's parents died in a horrible accident. The two changed completely, Yuri was violent, aggresive and unpreditable, his brother become quiet. A few month after their parents death the two became distant. The business being run solely by Yuri's brother. After numerous problems Yuri got into, he had to leave Moscow and russia. He fled to Ukraine, hoping to redeem himself somehow. After his problems caught up with him, he had to flee once again. Hearing that there was an area where he could be safe, he searched for it. On smuggling himself in he saw that it was a different place to what he believed it would be. Now 24, after a year in the zone, he see's a chance to make a profit with the Traders Union.

Backstory of character: Outside the Zone he is wanted for double murder and one count of assault, which he received after attacking a gang of people who hospitalized his friend. He became a fugitive after the fuzz arrived to his aparment and Boris was forced to shoot one of them and escape out of a third-story window, after which he came to the Zone. He learned an array of useful skills and earned a lot of respect from other stalkers due to his repair ability, which might just be the best in the Zone. Repairing equipment and vehicles are his specialty. He's popular pretty much everywhere, even though his simple, no-nonsense manner of being comes off as rough from time to time. This brought the attention of the Trader Union.
