The pistols are rarely used, and most of the rifles in the game are just automatic guns with a semi fire option, and few have burst fire.

Almost everyone uses automatic rifles in the first place. And now, I expected somebody to make a cocky comment like this. So far, we only have about two or three shotguns, and about 11 rifles, and the pistols are never used.

I'd recommend that all the rifles be more expensive, and add a bit more variety to the automatic guns, since they all seem to just fire the same speed, and the only main difference is just their appearance, and how much damage they do.

And so i give to you this idea, Freedom, Duty, Bandits and there officers (not leader) loose there rifle spawn weapon. Traders have a mossburg instead of a Spaz. Ecos lose ALL there spawn weapons. Note that military will keep there spawn weapons for obvios reasons.

This would kill around 70% of the rifle circulation and will inturn make it so that pistol will be used ALOT more and traders wont be influxed with a mass of AK-74s and MP-5s from people abuseing spawn weapons. And dont get me started on poeple killing 4 gunz...this will cut it down in size once and for all!

Incresing weapon prices is a must, I can buy a spas for 5k, and not to mention Deagles and VSSs! guns and armour are become WAY TO CHEAP and if i recall neohazard was swamped with a mass of MP-5s the other day and had to sell them all off like around 200 each because of the amount he had! Trader, if you are going to buy guns of of somtone, buy them of them for a 3rd of there original price. (keeps economy to a nice low)

Ofc all the factions (excluding Ecos) can still have there back-up pistols but thay would have to buy there guns from a trader of from the faction trader. In turn boosting traders activity and profit and makeing formly "common" guns somthing to "Strive for".

I know poeple are going to get pissed at loseing weapons thay spawn with but now this gives them a chanse to have there own "trade mark" gun... i dont mean "Abakahan of the wolf +10". What i mean is that me being know for useing a spacific gun rather then all the freedom guys know for useing LR300s

I really hope Silvah, dev team and all the traders (im looking at you pool -.-) take this into considaration.

I don't think the Eco's should have NO gun. If anything, they should get a P99 handgun or atleast a good amount of money to spawn with so they can buy their own gun. I think alot of the factions should have their guns power and accuracy turned down. Like a Viper 5 should be super inaccurate and weak, but alot of ammo while a hunting rifle should be pretty powerful and accurate, but low range.

Also, I agree, guns are way too cheap and way too many S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs sell guns, not buy.
