Servers I play on: Mostly this one with the occasional Private server or server hunting days.
Past Experience: A long RP career on Caphori from slaying demons to turning into dogs, I do RP on a few RP servers and RP with my friends on non RP servers. I don't really do much RP any more with the exception of Caphori.
Why should we pick you?: Well I have been in this community for a while now, and have been highly praised for my RP. I am a Trial Op. Most people know the name Grayzar on the server and trust, respect and like me. Due to the inactivity of the mods (I am not complaining, you all have real lives too!) most have began to get frustrated and are rather upset. I'd gladly accept a role in helping with this problem.
How long have I played on this server?: I believe it's around a year now, my app says it was 2012 but I do know for a fact that is incorrect
What do you intend to do with your power?: I plan on keeping order while still maintaining fairness, I plan on making more events so the players can participate, and mostly try to increase the entertainment of the players.
Can you be active every day?: Yup already am.

I'm new and not a lot of thought is given about us "newbs", but I fully support him. He is a great roleplayer and is helpful whenever needed. Plus he doesn't just outright fight using PvP he actually fights you RP style and that's why I came to this server is for that experience. So the newb fully supports him!

You wake up in the middle of a strange forest.
You have no tools or weapons; all you have are the clothes on your back.
What would be your first course of action?(RP it.):I would climb a tree to get my bearings and head west, It's always been good for me, home is eastand i ain't coming back there.

Things have looked up for you after a few days of survival.
A old man in a wagon offers to give you a lift towards Civilization.
He does look troubled, as it seems that bandits have been around this area.
Would you travel with this man?(RP it.)Only as a stowaway, there is probably a bounty on my head, and if he were to discover me, i'd try to beg him to take me to civilization.

After a few hours of traveling,
bandits appear and demand you and the man give them 10 coins each as a tax to pass.
The man gives them his coins, the bandits now look at you. What do you do?(RP it.):I'd use my time enough as to ask what direction Civilization is. Then while they looked at me i'd push the old man towards them and make a break for the city.

You have finally made it to Civilization!
However, you have no money in your possession; and to make matters worse, you're very hungry.
So you make your way to the marketplace.
What action(s) would you take?(RP it.)I'd go into a pub or resteraunt and order food. then when my meal is almost finished, i'd cause a baright and run in the commotion. Even if there is a moral bone in my body, i cant let people notice me to easily

Given that VonXeno is the only Basic Operator, I'd say he fits the bill.

I'd also say that Khyris should be elevated to Basic Operator status by way of seniority.

I agree with Nachytsm on this one. We need a super operator.
But!
That also mean we need to get VonXeno on more as I haven't seen him in at least a month.

*Calco begins working on A shelter*

Bandit #2: Your next kid.
Calco: I don't have any money.
Bandit #3: Wrong answer! *He gives the other two the signal to attack*
Calco: Go ahead and beat me, See if anybody cares.
*The bandits pull Calco out of the wagon and proceed to attack him while the old man flee's.*
