[OOC/IC] Training with the Lieutenant

Over the next week or so, I will be holding training for all soldiers on Enclave. I will set up IC training, scouting, base defense and so forth.

We will also engage in fights with NPCs and each other in 'War games'. We will learn our sector and learn which way is best to defend it against attacks.

All are requested to participate. If you do not. Do not expect to get anywhere in the Enclave.
