Just some stuff... http://s9.zetaboards.com/exilian/forum/44341/ heres the site.

8 Playable Races: Human, Elf, Dark Elf, Goblin, Orc, Zombie, Skeleton, and Ghost (transparent skeleton). Starting attributes, skills, and weapon proficiencies are affected by gender and race. (exact numbers may be tweaked later)

A completely redesigned map with 8 Kingdoms (each with expanded troop trees and equal territory), as well as expanded troop trees for outlaws and mercenaries.

Nearby enemy parties will now join forces against you.

291 new items (85 horses, 40 helmets, 18 shields, 51 armors, 3 boots, 75 weapons, & 18 cloaks, 1 gauntlets), plus several items not available in Native (including black armor) have been added back to the merchants.

Expanded recruitment options: 3 different recruits per kingdom at villages, hire rogues & mercenaries from tavernkeepers, greater variety of random hireable troops in taverns, and the NPC Necronus sells undead troops. Mid and upper tier troops can be recruited from towns/castles if the player is a member of the controlling faction. If the player is leader of their own kingdom, the troops recruitable from towns/castles will be based on the culture the player chooses for their kingdom. Tavernkeepers, Guild Masters, Tournament Masters, Ransom Brokers, and Travellers can now be recruited as well.
Non-tournament arena fights now include a wider variety of opponents.

The following scripts have been added: Kingdom Management, Autoloot, Patrols, Troop Ratio Bar, and a Blackjack mini-game.
Neutral location called Dragon's Death has its own tavern and an explorable dungeon featuring random encounters, treasure chests, and boss monsters (the dungeon is a WIP and will be expanded in future versions).
Undead now have new voices for when the get hit, when they die, etc.

The mod now features a variety of new music to replace many of the Native songs.

A new type of NPC has been added: the Minstrel. There are 6 of them that appear randomly in taverns. They can play any of the new songs and can be recruited as companions. If a minstrel is in your party, you can have them play music from the camp menu and you can also talk to them in the dungeon and have them play music.

A new type of merchant has been added: the Black Marcket Merchant. There is one for each kingdom hidden somewhere in one of their towns. All kingdom-specific equipment has been removed from regular merchants and can now only be purchased from the Black Market Merchants or found as loot.

The race of village farmer parties is now appropriate for the faction of the village they spawn from.
Players can change the name of their kingdom if they are the leader of their own kingdom and can now garrison troops in villages that they own

Players can now control any of the companions in battle by changing the battle commander before the start of the battle.
Players can now call for reinforcements once per battle by hitting the M key anytime during the battle. This works in addition to the reinforcements that enter the battle automatically when your number of troops gets low.
There is now a wider variety of bandits that can ambush you when entering a town. The same is true for the bandit infested village quests.

Players can now talk to their troops/companions and challenge them to a 1-on-1 duel. They can also go to arenas and setup sparring matches with their troops.
The Dark Elves' equipment has been updated with two new sets of armor, and a variety of new katanas, wakizashis, and no-dachis.

The Salt Mine now has increased functionality: Players can put their prisoners to work there to earn gold on a weekly basis. They can also station guards to watch over the prisoners. If the number of guards is insufficient, there is a chance some prisoners will escape. Also, players can work in the mine themselves to earn money on a daily basis, and possibly earn bonus gold for discovering new deposits of salt, iron, and other minerals. However, there is a chance that the player and/or their troops will be injured or killed due to cave-ins.

Players can now get bounty hunting quests from any Tavernkeeper, and can have up to 6 at a time.
