The Black Market is a market where all commerce is conducted without regard to taxation, law or regulations of trade.

Since the combine has taken over, the need of the Black Market for items and services has. . . "increased" dramatically.

This includes

Illegal Drugs

Weaponry

Transportation

Armor

Information

Storage

Smuggling

The Black Market has no leader, no face, no existence.

The Black Market dosen't fight for other factions. . . They fight within themselves

If two people who work in the Black Market meet each other. . . Expect for only one to survive. Dealing with competition is a way to increase their profit.

The Black Market sells to anyone with money. Citizens. Rebels. Even the rogue Combine who wants that "Upgrade".

There are three levels of access that can be obtained from these people. These levels run off of the level of trust and respect the customer earns

The Small Timers

This level of access includes pistols and drugs.

The Shop

This level of access includes more weaponry, drugs, small armor, and a few services.

The Market

This level of access includes everything the Black Market has to offer, the customers trust has been greatly earned.

This will be a small group of people, nobody will know who works within the Black Market.

Expect to be PK'ed if your identity is revealed to another person in the Black Market.
