STALKER RP Members - IMPORTANT

For awhile now, I've noticed some things with members being afraid to speak out against admins, and just recently, a friend of mine has urged me to make some posts about it. So now, I want to tell you all something that means a lot to me, that I think everybody needs to keep in mind:

We value your opinions, your suggestions, and most importantly: Your criticism.

If you have a problem with something in the script, the server, or the administration team, feel free to bring it to everybody's attention.

Here at HGN, we encourage freedom of speech. Speak out against things you don't agree with.

What you guys don't seem to realize yet, is that YOU have the power. Not me, not the admins, not Silver. It's YOU that matters. You make HGN, not me, not Silver, you.

If you're treated unfairly by an admin, let us know!

If you're banned/kicked for criticizing and admin, let us know!

However, keep in mind, that although we allow for you to exercise free thought and speach, do it in a calm, and mature manner. These admins don't get paid for what they do, they're all volunteers. Volunteer role players just like you, who like to enjoy their game. Treat them nicely, be calm, and express yourselves in a manner that doesn't raise tensions, or anger anybody.

With that, admins can not use their power to improve their own Role Play. They can not make themselves mega doom forts. They can't use observe mode to sneak around. They can't use teleport to sneak away. They can't use observe mode to get up on buildings, or go into places normal members can't go.

Our powers are there to improve YOUR experience and keep our server safe, and clean. Be open, and report any rule violations to your friendly neighborhood admin!

Thank you for announcing this Rohok, now people can speak their opinions freely and not be afraid of getting banned or something. Once again you push this community forward to be the best.

Yes, the players should be able to speak out on anything they want as long as its in a mature way.

Bad Example:
"YOU TELEPORTED ME INTO THE SKYBOX YOU BBQING FAGGOT!"

Good Example:
"Excuse me admin, why did you teleport me into the skybox? You shouldn't be doing that."

Feel free to say anything you want to us. We like to hear criticism.

I just can't wait to see more members speaking their minds. I'm ashamed to admit that I was a bit blind to what's been going on, but now that somebody has brought it to my attention, you can expect me to take action against admins who treat players unfairly. In fact, if I were to make a public list showing the hierarchy of HGN, and who's at the top of the authority list, you would see members as number one. Because it's those folks who really matter.

Remember guys, we're here for you. We volunteered to help, and the only motivation we have is to see you satisfied. If you're not satisfied, by God, tell us!

If you don't feel comfortable going public about it in a complaint thread, feel free to PM me, or SilverKnight. Give us names, though, guys. Even though I'm friends with the entire admin team, I have no problem giving some of them the boot.
