[FORP] Canon change and character wipe.

Here's what you'll need to know. Stay tuned for further developments.

1. Fallout RP is getting the character wipe as soon as possible.
2. Fallout RP's canon vote is greatly in favor of 1/2 canon so we'll likely shift to a time either before or during Fallout 2's era. This is due to the vote being overwhelmingly in favor of an earlier canon, and the vote defeated both Fallout 3 and New Vegas combined. I expect to see active players, damn it!
3. Rules are going to be revised and new rules will be added for certain factions and donor flags.
4. Blake is not an administrator anymore, but he will be assisting in the control of traders when we restart. Eventually we'll re-enable trader flags for those who apply.
5. I can't believe I'm saying this publicly, but young promising admins wanted. >_> Go apply for a position within Fallout RP. If possible (and I have to run this by Exile) I might ask to have some admins from other servers lend a helping hand. It is preferable we get an admin team that cooperates without drama. If you have a problem with myself, Picto Wolf, Mr. Pink, or Caso, don't apply for admin. Just a forewarning. Last thing I need is admin drama fucking up FORP. Again.
6. Mutant and robots are under stricter rules now. There will be a special forum for them, similar to how ThY runs muties on SRP. Caso will control the mutant forum probably.
7. Factions will also have new rules. Plus we're getting rid of the Outcasts. They didn't do anything interesting or useful for the server, so NCR will take their place. Not New Vegas NCR, but an earlier NCR.
8. We're using CSC Desert. I don't give a damn how glitchy the map is. It's a good map that people like and it fits the canon and new location in the south west. We're using it until Exile makes us a new map. We'll pretty it up with static props and shit. <3 We are keeping RP_Apocalypse and GM_Atomic though if we ever change maps. Really though, we need to just find more maps.
9. None of these changes are final nor have they been enacted yet. Give us some time to set things up. There will be another announcement when Fallout RP comes back online. Until then the server will be locked for administrators and invited parties only.
