You want to keep your jobs? Add the other faction leaders to your friend's list! That's an order, soldiers!

To effectively lead this community (as much as you hate to admit it, you are indeed community leaders) we all must open up the many communication lanes between us, or this wonderful STALKER RP will fall. Starting now, everybody leading a faction must add the other leaders to your list. This will enable us to coordinate, and keep on top of things, rather than rely on rumors and second-hand knowledge to carry out tasks and reforms.

Actually, do I really need to explain any of this? We need to be able to communicate. Make sure every faction leader is on your friend's list.
