Why do you have to be Lt just to get a pistol, I'm just saying I think you should aleast get it at a lower rank.

Standard Issue, it's what officers get when they become officers - soldiers of the unit can buy their own equipment if they do not wish to obtain the standard issue. Pistols are not standard for Enlisted but they can be used.

Why are you basing an entire faction off of World War II? The armor is all WWII clothing, and equipment, you say that only officers get handguns, this is like a direct rip of WWII.

What you must realize is the canon stops during our IRL 1950's.
The Handgun rule is still in effect today actually, only officers and special forces get pistols in the US, and so are the Pea coats and Bridge coats, I know this because my father is in the navy and has a pair of both.

As for the M42 jumpers, they are heavily modified to be more modern/what they werein the 50's and early 60's.

There are laser beams, and power armor, and the only world war II clothing are the Chinese remnant armors.

Yeah, it's the only WWII clothing in the fallout games, but it's not saying we can not use these uniforms as they are made of cloth and can be replicated. Not only that, many WWII items are used in the fallout series, such as the M1911, The Battle Rifle, the "Broomhandle" etc.

You're using military ranks, world war II uniforms, world war II weapons, and the rules the real life military uses.

Does the Term Private Military Company mean anything here?
We only use one WWII Uniform out of three, there isn't a single WWII weapon up here and we don't have any rules in place except for "Rank Permissions" which that's what tells you what power you get at what rank.
