[IC] Nails, Wood, Matress, straw.

Im after buying around 100 planks of wood, about 450 nails, a large-ish matress - to fit two people, two bales of straw or hay and an acre of land, preferably close to a lake and near the forest.

I feel i have enough money. Anyone selling any of these?
