THE BLACK KNIGHTS OF THE FOREST

Basically it's a band of knights who acts as guards of the sacred (Ever changing) words & forests. In order to appease them travelers must bring them back certain objects and or face death. In order to pass they must either complete the quest or figure out one of the words the knight cannot hear! They'll basically be a faction who doesn't really ally with anyone, they just sort of do their own thing , Which is extort or kill any and all travelers who pass through their turf unless they can get passage. They seem to avoid direct conflicts with large groups so peace with others seems possible. so yeah that?s my idea. I have more but It?s just an idea for now and I?ll expand it more & more later on.
