Honestly, I'm tired of people not adding shit in 'cause they're mingeaphobes. Silver, stop worrying about minges. If people minge them, ban them. Isn't it that simple? Hell, you barely even play on SRP, I'd be one of the ones who had to deal with the minges, not you, so stop worrying so much. =P

Add them in for only admins to spawn. Or make it so faction leaders can actually purchase the vehicles, and spawn them that way through a scripted menu.
