Sata HDD's are so powerful, most people have got them, and truely, if you have not got one yet, upgrade, they are fairly cheap, and are much faster and reliable compared to the old HDD's.

Agreed. I commonly see slower, but still fast enough, 1TB Serial ATA HDDs for $80-$100 on New Egg.
