[Forums] Forum with no new post showing 'new post' icon

I marked  Network notifications as "mark forum read" yet it's still displaying the unread post icon (../hgn_on.png) instead of the read icon (.../hgn_off.png).


(forum has no new post but showing "new post" icon)
