We are putting up our own S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow Of Chernobyl Server soon, it may take alittle bit of time, but it will be worth it once it's up. It's hard to think, that we will be the ONLY American based server for the game, so we should attract alot of players.

Erm can i make a suggestion:
Do it on Pripyat or CS.
Reason why: Steam version cant run V. 1.0006 (The MP patch)
Steam only patches up to 1.0005.
Majority of people have it on steam that i know from HGN.

Theres only one other 1.0005 server on there... but only a maximum of like 8 players used to go on, i used to play alot. [RIP] or something it was called.
So aslong as we populate it there wont be a problem.

Yeah that's the only western european server, it's in the uk.

Ive still to test CoP MP out.
But CS was shit, but SoC was alot better.
The benefit with CoP is the Ammount of MP maps, theres a hell of alot. Just you need an account etc for CoP.
Gah i should now finally buy me the premium box with the 2. books, a Map for all areas, Mutation List and description and the acctual game :V

I hope this gets here soon. I LOOONG to play MP on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. without getting raped by lag, being kicked due to it and have some people conversate in another language and then the next thing I know It says they are voting to kick me.
Yeah, yet to play without lag. With lag, I had some fun moments though.
I know! Little Elf should find Gamemode script for S.T.A.L.K.E.R somehow open it and make it RP Script!

But then what'd be the point of having a Stalker RP already set up on Garry's Mod that has a good script that has most of the bugs worked out of it? And being added onto every week-month.
It's impossible to code and add shit server-side.
Sure hope this server gets up, I would love to play MP with you guys. I just need to dust of my disc though

It's canceled, ive tried putting the server up several times but sadly the game requires a "alright" graphics card to run the dedicated server (Stupid i know) and puts the dedi in freeze up mode when run because where the dedi has no graphics card, it cannot render the system.
Sorry guys but GSC got stupid with that. someone should check out COPand CS to see if it has the same requirement for me, if not we can put one of them up.
I play CoP MP from time to time, so i can have a look into it.
CS MP has extreme lag. On a number of computers i have tried.
I guess this section can be removed, then?
