1: Applicants Must follow the format or face denial.
2: Recs from two TO's or one SA. Last.Exile reccomendations DO NOT count.
3: The reccomendation must be no older than two (2) days and MUST be a picture, text logs are a no.
4: Clearly show the steam chat window including date and time and the whole conversation, it must also be large enough to read.
5: Applicants must have 15 or more posts and have been on the server for at least 2 weeks before asking for TT.
6: Applicants who provide the wrong SteamID will be instantly Blackmarked from applying.
7: Do not bother the moderators about checking your app. It will be checked when we have time to check it and add you to the roster. Bothering us about it will only win further delay or your app.
8: This is tooltrust and you are trusted not to abuse it, any "minging" or prolonged messing about WILL result in player strikes.
Violation of any of the above rules will result in instant Blackmarking or denial depending on which of the rules is broken.

Why do you want tool trust?: I always make a small group of stalker to go make a camp but we always have to search for barrels to make a camp which never works well. I would like Tool trust so i could make a real camp and gather other stalkers to guard, camp, and be safe from bandits, mutants, etc. Also sometimes if i just bought something and have spare money i like to set up small quests by finding something and hiding it with tool trust i would be able to make better quests unlike were its normally me saying "Go find a barrel and bring it to me ill pay X amount of rubles for 2." Which never ends up good because normally i have all the barrels.

Why do you need tool trust?: Nobody necessarily needs tool trust. Tool Trust is a GREAT way to enhance role-play in game by spawning props for creating bases or other ambient uses. You can decorate an area to add an extra level of atmosphere and depth to an area to create an effect that is your own style. It also helps with moving/removing objects (physgun) that may prove troublesome or create problems for you or other players. I am also in DUTY, so spawning objects for around the base or creating a gate is important.

Why do you need tool trust?:
I would like to be able to, as a DvL and Vortigaunt, make the items like Buckets and a broom, or additions to a clamp that might be nessisary.
I realize that items are not needed to roleplay, but having PhysGun/ToolGun Trust makes it much easier for the less imaginative roleplayers to understand what happens.
Example:
New player joins the server and is trying to understand roleplay. I'm on a vortigaunt character without TT using /mes to roleplay sweeping the streets. The new guy comes up to me seeing a votigaunt just standing there because he didn't see the /me. So if i had TT, i would have spawned a shovel and attatched a piece of wood to the end and changed the material to look like a broom. The man would see a vortigaunt with a broom and notice hes sweeping.
Plus it gets annoying for both me and the person im asking to build something for me.

Why do you need tool trust?: Several reasons. One, Brotherhood of Steel. Fortifying our town can only be done so well by Anton when he's busy elsewhere. Plus they're not very good at it. I find spots I can jump over all the time and then have to explain how to fix them. Two, my alt Kira sells firearms and uses a warehouse as a base of operations. I'm sick of having to call in friends to set up the shop for me because they're usually busy and they usually do it wrong. Three, I want to make a new alt who's a religious nut, but I need tooltrust to work on the church. Four, EVERY character needs a house. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself! That sums up why I need it.

And I also need to help patch up the walls of Steel Town, seriously, I always find so many flaws, but noone in the BoS with TT is ever on, and if they are they are always 'too busy' to fix it. The entire town needs some fixing up, and also then I can assign new citizens housing in Steel Town, if I do get Tool Trust. Also, now I'm a guardian so I'm essentially kind of like scribe/knight kind of person, which means TT is good for research and the such.

1. Nobody ever seems to bother spicing up the Freedom area or creating the necessary barricades for it, so I intend to do that.

Why do you need tool trust?: In Stalker Roleplay, I almost constantly manage the warehouse so that all free stalkers are able to come live about. Recently, it's been boring, because I always have to wait for somebody else to come build the warehouse for me, and it leads to me just not helping stalkers at all. I would like to have TT because it would allow me to build up the warehouse and create another area where Stalkers are able to hang out, rather than just Freedom base. Not only would the ability to use Tooltrust and Phystrust be useful in Stalker Roleplay for my group's activities, but it would also be useful for Crussaria, the server that I spend a lot of my time on. On Crussaria, I have a multitude of characters, including a Blacksmith, that would benefit through Tooltrust by being able to create areas like camps to sell my wares at. Being able to create these camps means that more attention is drawn towards myself, and I would be able to rightfully create an atmosphere that represents Crussaria, by changing some props around, creating a dynamic town for everybody, not just myself.

Failure to adhere to applicant rules, namely;
1: Applicants Must follow the format.
2: Recs from four TO's/SO's, two SA's, or 1 SV/Community Staff. Last.Exile does not auth for TT, so don't try pulling that shit with me. Two SO/TO auths = 1 SA auth.

Also, Im quiet often only person on the server so instead of waiting for people while browsing internet I could atleast set up simple bar for comming players instead of waiting for somebody with TT to do it and delaying roleplay that way.
