Pendulum are rock influenced D&B, Daft punk is techno/electronic. Deadmau5 is Progressive house


edit; oh sorry, didd'nt notice the thread name changed from just "dubstep". Anyhow, good artists - but Pendulum split up. However two of them have formed knife party.

One thing I always enjoyed about Pendulum was their variety. D&B wasn't their only genre. They dabbled a bit in rock, techno, and their classic D&B genre.

Had not heard of Knife Party prior to now, and I must say I am enjoying it :P
