im %95 sure goldgamer328 had something to do with this....we were on his server last night and he was asking which server we liked most, we said aceon, because of sand city....and he said "ill make my server better than aceon, you just wait" and then the subject went to griefing....so, my guess is he sent someone on the server in order to destroy sand city.....all part of his plan to make sand city "devoid of life"

GREENMUDKIP mentioned going to goldgamers server in his RAGE QUIT. Said it was filled with the best rpers and no griefers. Evidence points to goldgamers involvement. And whats with the people who talk about grief in minecraft triple or double posting.

Everyone that's been been greifing our server is either gone or banned now due to Black wiping the whitelist.

If you guys are so smart then fucking share your supposed fool proof griefer-catching method. Seriously I've seen post after post from a bunch of people all saying "ZOMG u adm1ns sux! c4tch t3h fuxxing griefer!11!one" and no one seems to understand that it is next to impossible for someone to be caught in the act griefing, most likely because they do it when the server is deserted. If you all have a good method then post it. Otherwise getting angry at the admins isn't going to accomplish anything because they would love to catch the greifer as much as you do. But they can't. The world is too big for an admin to  be everywhere at once.

The easiest way to not get griefed is to not have your city like 10 feet from spawn. Most griefers aren't going to walk into the wilderness to wreck shit. Move sand city way away from spawn and you will have an easier time cutting down on griefing.

I figure it this way: it's a lot like real life. If you don't find a safe place for your home, you run the risk of getting your house blow'd up. It adds a tinge of fear and caution to your experience, and causes you to have more of a survival instinct. That's just my opinion anyway. I don't like getting griefed, I'm not condoning it, but in the long run it's just a matter of caution. I'm just saying it adds realism, heh.

There is no realism to coming home to find your house / decorations / whatever blown up unless you live on a minefield or a warzone.
