The Begining

    The Aceon regiment of the NCR was started by accident. In the year 2280, Veteran Ranger Bear  was sent on a mission to find intel on a legion weapon believed to be so powerful, it could easily destroy the entire republic. He traveled to a small gold mine in Colorado. Searching days, Bear finally found something. But it wasn't intel... It was a 10 foot portal. Without thinking, he went inside this unknown machine. Suddenly, he was transported 700 years in the past. Bear started to wonder this place, astonished by it's green fields and clean lakes. He decided that this world would be vital in the NCR's territory. Quickly, he ran back to the portal and traveled to shady sands, and informed president Kimball of the new find. Kimball tasked Bear with the job of starting a new colony in this world. With the limited resources he had, the ranger was able to build a small fort with a Quartermaster building and a mine.
