IC Information

The orks have lived for generations, using simple technology as woodcutting and simple, basic weaponry. This ork tribe, known as the Flame Orks for their red skin, live under the city of DEAP in the city they had taken over called the Undercity. As the humans began to use their tunnels as pipes for their steam machinery, the Orks have backed away to a closed off area from outsiders. The entrance is blocked by two high-powered doors that were stolen from the Mages Guild.

People see these Orks as thieves and lowlifes, but as the careless humans have thrown away such technology, the Orks use it for their own power. Except for simple orks, these have developed into a new culture and have grown intelligence from living near humans as neutral. As the orks grow in numbers, the humans do too, becoming more needy of the tunnels then before.

The orks keep mostly to their underground land, expanding it for their defense if the 'pale-skins' ever try to take over their tunnel region. The prince hasn't made any threats or rude regards to the orks, but still the orks feel their technology power. Being more strong in power, they use that to make large areas of defense.

As these orks further progress, their power grows with the excellent brute force they have, and also the technology, making them a powerful force in large numbers. The orks remain peaceful with the pale-skins to prevent harm to the tunnels. But their growing strength could become a threat to any outsiders if they are bothered.

Although flame orks act nicely to the pale-skins, they do look harsh upon how they look as them as a lower power in the universe. They are hoping to make this change.

Rank Information      Each rank has a custom skin to be used

Overlords: The main orks of the tribe, they have power over every action that is made in the tunnels. They are not to be bothered with by lower ranks unless knowingly able too. They are able to make high decisions, and have the best knowledge of pale-skins of the tribe.

Ork Warboss: Pretty much the leader of the Ork Militia, which is the guards of the tunnels. This watches over the Militia and makes sure they are doing their job, and is also called to war if needed greatly.

Warriors: The basic militia, trained for battle. Warriors are the backbone of the society, making large numbers as they can also be used for basic citizens. These warriors are well needed for a succesful clan.

Grunts: The basic orc, able to do multiple tasks which most of them are building for the Overlords. They are able to be promoted to higher status of Grunts, which makes them have more power.

(NOTE: Orks are listed strongest to weakest, the basic tribal ways.)

Actually, the tunnels you are living in are a combination of Druchii sewers and Provectum steam tunnels that were merged haphazardly when the Druchii city appeared.  We built the under-city to accommodate the amount of people and technologies that were being introduced to the area.  You didn't "take over" the under-city, you moved into the parts that are used very rarely.

There is also no "Mages Guild" in the city.  The doors were either installed in that area and the reason for it forgotten about, or you took the doors from a "Mages Guild" somewhere else.

Also, Port has told you this before, if you ever make yourself a nuisance, or start becoming a threat, all he has to do is throw a few levers here, and push a few buttons there, and you are swimming in lava and breathing superheated steam.

Other then all that though, an awesome idea.  I love that creatures would move into our sewers and utility tunnels, that we are so big enough to not really notice.

Indeed. From above with complete control of the pipes you are able to flush us out very quickly and easily.

And yes, the Mage Guild doors were taken from elsewhere, and sadly they are rough and old. It can't compete to the new-day technology with others.
