Now that the server is officially running 1.3, I thought it would be a great time to bring something up.
As the villages we build start to develop, we soon will be able to start trading. And trading will soon evolve after that.
Seeing how there will be a need for a form of currency, why not use the newly implemented emeralds.


Now, i know people are going to say "But we have a plug-in for that.". Well yes, we do. But it's hard on RP  when you have to type in "/money pay *name* *amount* every time you trade or get mugged. With emeralds, you can quickly drop whatever amount is needed quickly and easily. And if you kill someone for money, well you'll get money.


I know I'm gonna get a big fat NO from port, but I'd thought I'd put it out. I've really wanted a more physical for of currency for a while now.

You do realize the Emeralds are rarer than Diamond, only spawn in groups of one, usually, and also only appear in Extreme Hill and E.H Edge biomes, right?

Eventually you guys should figure out an exchange rate for emeralds.

Well first we'd have to build up a stock of emeralds, which can be done fairly easily if we find a village (you guys forgot about this). Then we'd have a place where you could exchange goods for emeralds. This would both distribute the emeralds and help us figure out an exchange rate.

1. The Perrean Empire, and its leaders, promote REALISM and HUMANITY. This meaning, that you must cut down trees all of the way. You are urged to collect saplings. You are also not an emotionless killing machine. You are a human being.

2. The Perrean Empire, and its leaders, promote being FROM THE HOMELAND. Most soldiers and citizens of the Perrean Empire would be from the original homeland, and not from Aceon. This means you should request a name change, and change your skin as soon as possible.

3. The Perrean Empire, and its leaders, promote the ability of reason. A person from the homeland of Perrea would not give himself up to Aceonic factions, and betray his mother and father, for ideals that seem "right" to him.

4. The leaders of PE support the rules currently in effect by the administrators. If caught breaking these rules you will be reported to an administrator or banned.

5. The Perrean Empire does not respect religious affiliates, non-humans, and non-human supporters. Your great grandfathers were enslaved by them, you should not support them yourselves.

6. No swords made out of diamond.

I want to frolick in the happiness of being back on the server. But I keep getting the End of stream error. I've tried resetting my router, using an internet chord, and other stuff. And theres no good answers on the googs. So I was wondering if there were any super magical minecraft magicians to help me. :c
