I take it your a Heroes plugin player. The spells are not actually in game spells. They are worked out through roleplay so your ideas here wont work.

*note* For these powers to be used, the mage must cut the centre of his palm, in a vertical line, 'cup' the blood in his hand and rub it with his other hand, then recite a small chant and
then adjust to the pain of the spell taking affect, which causes much pain (Like running through a tunnel of razor blades while on fire) He is then significantly weakened, physicaly, until the wound heals


TL;DR To use ANY of these powers, the mage must perform a ritural that uses his own blood, thus making him weaker physicaly until the wound is healed


**Note 2** If/when a villian app gets accepted, the powers will be 'buffed' and i might add some more if i feel like it

Battle power - The only powers i can use in a battle/fight   Non battle power- Simply cannot be used in battle because of the ritual needed to perform


Blood sacrifice: (Non battle power) Essentialy the same as a
normal sacrifice, except it's using magic... The mage sucks the life force
from the 'target' until their life force dries up 


Wound: (Battle power) The blood of the target boils in their veins, causing severe
damage and possible death, depending on the physical health of the target


**Gained when/if villain app is accepted** Control: (Both, but in battle, only lasts a short time) The mage channels his mind into the target's very blood,
making them able to control physical actions - How well/long/'powerful'
the controling is also depends on physical health


Blood regeneration: (Non battle power) Mage consumes the remaining life force in a
corpse's body to regain energy


Gas cloud: (Battle power) Summons a cloud of entorpic energy that causes harm
to what ever is in it, evaporates after 20 seconds


Father of death: (Non battle power) Simple necromany spell, but bent slightly - The mage takes
the life force from a nearby, newly killed corpse, or sacrifice some of his
own for a much less sustained effect.
The resurected body is much weaker if the life force comes from the mage, but is stronger if it came from another body


Shock: (Battle power) Low 'damage' simply shoots lightning out of his fingers


Push: (Battle power) Gathers a force in his palm and shoves it towards the target, pushing them back

I would only ever approve this if it was for your villain and you were accepted to be the villain.  This stuff is WAY too powerful in my opinion.  Nice Protomen reference there though.

I got an idea. It would help with my lore story too. It would be about an ancient civilization, nearly ten thousand years ago, at which time a cataclysmic event caused that people group to die. If you accept, I'll give you more detail.
