Character's Name: Ansgar Aeducan

Villain Type: Dark lord
Alignment: Chaotic evil

Backstory: ( 3 Paragraphs AT LEAST )
Ansgar was the youngest child of a well-respected family. Growing up, he wanted to be successful and well respected like his parents, but found himself being ridiculed by his own family and many other people for his inability to measure up to them. While his friends' parents encourage their children to be the best they can be, Ansgar's did not at all. It was always, "Why can't he be more like Anthony and Amelia?".

By the time he had grown from a boy into a young man, nothing had changed. His former schoolmates had found their own success in life as well as his brother and sister. Soon, his family saw him as an embarrassment and disowned him so they sent him to the Thorn academy to try and make something of himself. But, even there he was being made fun of even though he was probably higher than average at his magic, because his confidence has been diminished at a young age, his spells would often falter or not be as powerful.

He quickly found interest in the art of demonology, and growing fond of his teacher and the classes. Ansgar begged and begged the professor for extra classes, and greater knowledge in general. After a few weeks of extra lessons, his teacher thought it was time to test Ansgar to see how well he was doing. The professor invited Ansgar to his office to test him, and was surprised to see how well Ansgar did, saying he just 'took lots of notes and paid attention.' Showing his aptitude for the darker magics, he and the professor continued to do these extra classes.

He soon decided to leave the academy, in the dead of night along with his one loyal friend he had made and the only one who would not make fun of him. His friend, Hadrian, helped him escape after finding he himself was not any good at magic, and was forced there by his parents too. They ran and ran untill they found forest where Hadrian said he would be meeting a friend of his he made before coming to the academy. Ansgar stayed for a few days with Hadrian and his 'friends' before departing, saying he will try to return at some point.

He took to the outskirts of the forest, walking and pondering, across the plains, the deserts and the swamps. Bitter and enraged by the feelings of powerlessness and helplessness welling up inside him, he changed his plans in life. He no longer wanted to impress the world, but rather he wanted to punish everyone for their insolence. While others in his shoes would be more motivated to prove themselves to the world, Ansgar chose the path of revenge. His pride wounded by experiences of mockery against his worth as an individual, Ansgar vowed revenge against the world, believing that fate had conspired against him.

He soon came across the academy, and walked up a strange looking mountain. There he stayed for the next few days, thinking about his life and reflecting and wondering. Wondering if he should return to his life, and just continue. But then he remembered the pain everyone he ever met put him through. All because...well, even he didn't know why, he always just thought it was because of his confidence. When he was young he was attacked by a squid and was made fun of for weeks and weeks by his siblings and friends even though his parents took pity on him, it never lasted...

After debating to himself for days, he came to a conclusion...The last thought he had was of his last week at the academy. The second person he ever deemed 'friend' had known many of his secrets, but the one he promised never to break was the location of his personal area which was in the ruins under the academy, shrouded by water. But one day, Charles (his '2nd' friend) came down the slippery steps with some of his own friends. They eventually found the entrance and quietly slipped in. Unknown to the people filling into the cave behind him, Ansgar was in the middle of a dark ritual he had picked up from one of the professors in the academy late at night, he had quickly scribbled down the faint words echoing off the walls of the town, so wasn't sure if it would work.

Just as the rift opened, a thundering roar rumbled around the cave and everyone jumped and Charles knocked over a bottle, smashing on the floor. Ansgar Span round to find 10 or more apprentices staring at him and the rift. In a moment of panic, he put his hand up towards the crowd and sent a bolt of energy flying towards them, knocking them all down. In the confusion he managed to escape down a hole in the floor further down into the ground, where he managed to escape for the night, but was soon found and brought back to the academy, and yelled at continuously...This last thought was what made up his mind

After resting and meditating on what to do next he overheard people talking from down below, apparently there was a town under the overhang, he heard rumours of demonic summons and a missing mage.
He knew they were talking about him and was strangely happy to hear about it. He also heard someone say it might have something to do with the last mage who ran away. He picked up the location and moved without stop. He soon found a castle embedded into a large mountain, walking closer the doors swung open and he entered.

Inside he found a giant hall, the seems to stretch on forever. Just as he was debating if this is the chance he was looking for, a faint echoing voice resonates around the hall: "Come closer..."

Instinctively he follows the voice down the hallway, which seems to get smaller and smaller until he hardly had room to move about in. At the end of the hall the way enters into a massive room with a large circular door blocking the way. The room has changed drasticly from the almost dwarven architecture of the hallway into what was essentially a cave, with ragged stone and moss surrounding him.

He stood dumbfounded, staring at the door. He had lost hope and was thinking about turning back when the same voice echoed around the room but much louder: "For doors to be opened...the sky must be darkened..."
He stumbled back a bit and thought about what he was told. He figured it was a way to open the door, but he was terrible at solving metaphors. A few minutes past when he stood up and spread his arms up to the sky. He spoke clearly and loudly, and surprisingly confidently: "Do ved viing ko fin krah"
The air at the top of the room began to grow foggy and dark, and began to spiral getting closer and closer. Soon it was just above his head and without thought he shot his hand into the cloud and pulled out a large metal, worn knocker. He looked at the door and back at the knocker, slowly walking towards the door with his arms outstretched he held the knocker up to the door...

Like a magnet, the knocker pulled Ansgar towards the door. Then shot out of his grasp and flew towards the door and immediately attached itself to the door with a metallic clang.
Ansgar cautiously walked forwards towards the door with an arm outstretched, grabbed the knocker and tried to pull it back. But it did not move at all. He tried again and again but to no avail. The voice returned to the halls, but fainter: "Think about it..." This made almost perfect sense to him, he held out his hand again facing towards the door and closed his eyes. He imagined himself on a ledge in the clouds, with the door in front of him. He though clearly about the knocker banging against the door 3 times when suddenly a loud crash brought him out of his trance, another loud crash and another, he looked up to see the knocker banging on the door but without anything touching it.

The door shook, then cracked as it split apart sideways and upwards into the ceiling of the cave. The hall behind this door changed back into the dwarven style of the other half, but still he was met with the large never ending hallway. Once again he travelled up the hallway, expecting to be met with another large door, and end up on the other side of the mountain.

He could not be more wrong

At the top of the staircase, he found a levelled out stone platform with a small square with a thin cylinder thing slotted into it. He approached the object very warily, and hesitated to touch it. The voice returned but this time it was inside his head: "Hesitation will not get you very far..." With this he instantly grabbed the object, which turned out to be a staff with what seemed to be a small demonic head carved onto the top, but otherwise it was a plain wooded staff with a slight curve in it.
As the staff came out of the box, a loud rumbling could be heard from the other end of the room. Looking up quickly, he saw two beams of light shooting down the room from the other end, they hit what must have been the wall the platform was on and disappeared. Soon to be followed by small flames lighting up all over the room, revealing it to be a castle's courtyard. He spotted stairs at the side of the platform and moved towards them, slowly walking down.

Getting to the door, they too magically opened, allowing him to walk inside. There he found a large throne room, with tabards of the same demonic face that was on the staff hung around the hall. He moved slowly towards the end of the hall, where he could make out a throne sitting at the end.
Getting closer, he saw movement near the throne. Beginning to panic slightly but eventually composed himself before getting closer.
He was now sure he could see someone sitting on the throne, hunched over and in a black robe, with a hand on a staff and another on the chair.
"He-Hello?" Ansgar slowly said, hoping the figure wouldn't spring up and attack him. The man slowly moved his feet and the hand that was on the chair, and slowly got up off the chair. As Ansgar stepped backwards and braced himself, the hooded man very quickly snapped his head up towards Ansgar, his eyes were glowing red and he beckoned to Ansgar to follow him, as he slowly shifted towards the right of the throne.
"Who are you?" Ansgar asked with confidence
The man stopped for a second and turned to him "Ohoh, such confidence..." And then resumed his pace out of the throne room.

**For the sake of attention, Ansgar was taught all about magic from this man. And soon began to dabble in the dark magic he had tried to back at the academy, he was found out but instead of being scolded, the man helped him hone he skills to become a powerful wizard...He soon began to think and act on his own, even though he had much respect for his mentor ((Who turned out to be OCATO HEYWARD, on of my old chars :D )) He still thought he was being told what to do, so one night, Ansgar brought Ocato down to the dungeon of the castle, when he paralysed him, magically, and locked him in one of the cells. He (Ocato) soon managed to escape by taking down his magical seal around the dungeon and blasting his way to the surface.**

Ansgar took over the castle and continued with Ocato's work...

Character Name: Aardon Sallathor - Transforms into Zire Teloc

Villain Type: Dark Lord
Alignment: Chaotic Evil - "Destroyer"
Backstory:
Aardon was the son of Axxal Sallthor, a long family line of quite talented men and women who were very virtuous and generous people. Aardon was no exception to this; he stood by his father's side at every moment, especially in his final moments. His father was the biggest inspiration to him, showing him a peaceful and moral way of life. His father taught him how to read and write. With this knowledge from his father, Aardon found himself in a whole new world of stories, tales, myths, and adventures. He would spend most of his time reading and writing which consequently gave him intellect and the desire to learn. This all changed when Axxal grew old and required Aardon to help him. Axxal slowly passed before his son, which he was a young adult of 18 at the time. Watching him die was the hardest moment of Aardon's life. Before he would give up all hope in himself, Axxal told Aardon, "Son, I am very proud of you. I always have been. I suffered the same as you are right now and I know it's hard but don't give up. You are blessed with great knowledge. You are now free, go live your life. Make me proud." Aardon's father then passed but with his encouraging words, Aardon left his lonesome home with his own and father's books in order to search for a place, any place where he can call home.

While adventuring for many lonely days and nights, Aardon came across the Thorn Academy. The director of the school and legacy of the Emperor of Ermor, Noctis Melliphate Urbanis, allowed Aardon to enroll in the school. Aardon remember his father's stories of the "Forever Empire" and always dreamed of the wonders of Ermor. Upon visiting the library, he found thousands of books which he could read. One section of the library that interested him was the "Magic Tome" section. He tried to enter the room but was quickly repealed by a magical force. Figuring that someone would have to allow him into the room, he devised a plan. Aardon forged an authorization letter from Noctis Melliphate Urbanis, stating "I, Noctis Melliphate Urbanis, as director of the Academy grant Aardon Sallathor permission to use the 'Magical Tome' section of the library." He meant no harm to anyone or the school; he was just thirsty for knowledge. After presenting the forged letter to one of the librarian's assistants, Aardon was granted access. He had read about mystical adventures and tales of magic but Aardon never thought magic was real. Captivated by this supernatural power, he spent the whole day looking into books and reading their contents. He couldn't understand most of the words in the book, since they were a different language but he imagined that the more he read, the more he would understand the language.

Growing tired and hungry, it was time for him to leave the library. On his way out, the room slowly grew dark. Thinking nothing of it, Aardon just moved towards the door. However, every time he stepped forward, it felt as if the door was just moving the opposite direction. He began to move faster towards the door, running, sprinting at the door but everything went black. Absolutely nothing around, completely dark and cold, Aardon was stuck in a void. Looking around, not knowing what was going on, he saw nothing. He tried to move forward be he realized at his feet was a book. The book was in perfect condition and shined a radiant and deep red. Once he bent down to pick it up, the book cover appeared to be moving lava. He had seen nothing like it. As he reached for it, his hand began to burn. His entire hand was engulfed in fire but his flesh did not burn nor did it hurt. The flame quickly spread to his entire body, melting his clothes and hair. Aardon did not panic nor resist the fire. He embraced it. Suddenly he heard a demonic voice shout, "Amis!" and instantly the fire extinguished. Aardon suddenly came back to his senses and was back in the library. He only believed that it was a hallucination and went back to his home.

Later the same night, Aardon awoke from his sleep by the same demonic voice he had heard earlier. He did not hear what the voice has said but he thought he heard in coming from his upper-room. As soon as he let one foot out of bed and onto the floor the voice shouted, "Malpirg!" and the whole room was set ablaze. This time Aardon panic and attempted to run out his room. Once he stepped out of the room, the floor fell from under him and Aardon was sent into a free fall into darkness. His head began to get hazed and filled with darkness until he went unconscious. After gaining consciousness, Aardon found himself in a void like before but this time he was in great pain. He looked at his hands to see he was severely burned and could see his bones. He then realized he was naked as before and had no hair. He tried to scream, yell, cry out for help but he could not. The demonic voice then began to laugh, mockingly. "HAHA! You can't talk? Can you? HAHA! NO! Of course you can't! I am in control, complete control! There is nothing. Absolutely nothing you can do now! HAHA!" Aardon, completely terrified, collapsed to the ground and curled up, closing his eyes and tried to wake up from his horrifying nightmare.  "You aren't dreaming! HAHA! How pathetic, get up! GET UP! Bams Ofrcvfa!" Suddenly Aardon was lifted up off the ground and placed back on his feet. "Ah, that is much better. Now, about these burns. Hachlph Dosig Hami!" Suddenly, what was left of Aardon's skin began to bubble and expanded over the rest of his body. "Ah, now I can actually stand to look at you! HAHA! Huh? You seem afraid? You aren't afraid are you?" Aardon's face cringes in horror and he shakes his head no, lying to the mysterious demonic voice. "HAHA! Good, you shouldn't be afraid. After all, I AM YOU! HAHA!"

Aardon suddenly realizes that the voice speaking to him was coming from his own mouth. He noticed his lips move to the words, "Yes, you got it. I am inside you. Living inside you. Controlling you. Complete control!" He tried to fight the supernatural being inside him through his mind, attempting to keep in control but it was no use. "Please Aardon. Don't panic.  Yes, I know your name. I know a lot about you, your father. Everyone you know. But they do not know of me. You should feel honored! I have chosen you! HAHA! You should know that people would kill for the position you are in. Let me show you." Feeling something from under him, Aardon looked down to see the shining red book from before was coming up from the ground. The book hovered before his face and the book began to engrave letters on the cover. With each stoke, it appeared is if it was fire writing on the book. It read "Mahorela Nanta" and then opened by itself, rapidly turning through its pages. "Now let me see here. I can't seem to fi- AHA! There we are." The book stopped at a page and it contained many strange symbols and a language Aardon could not understand. Suddenly the words on the page moved around and arrange in a different order. The words were now in plain common language. The page contained information about the worship of a Dark Lord by the name of Zire Teloc. People over the ages gathered in secret and sacrificed innocent people to this Lord. They sacrificed to him order to appease him, for one the day he walks the land of Aceon, he will spare their lives. "You see now, that is me they are worshiping. Well I guess you can say they are worshipping YOU now! HAHA!" Aardon, infuriated and afraid, screamed and blocked off the demon with all of his will. He shut his eyes and commanded "NO!" He opened his eyes to find he was home and then went back to sleep.

He was never the same anymore. Whenever someone would try and stop his to talk he would ignore them and walk the other direction. Whenever he saw or heard fire, his body would shake and he felt his skin burn. As he progressively got worse, Aardon decided to just stay indoors and excommunicated from the outside world. He constantly had nightmares of his house burning or seeing his father again in his dreams speaking to him in a demonic voice. Because of his mental condition, Aardon lost all of his interest and passion for reading, writing, and learning. He just sat empty minded in his house with very little to no food. Once he could peacefully rest and felt that he was ready to be social again, Aardon decided he would spend one more night inside before heading back out. Realizing all the classes he had missed, he gathered all his books and began to read. As he sat at his desk taking notes, one of his books fell to the floor in front of his desk. Aardon got out of his chair to retrieve the book but as he approached the book, he realized it was the book in his nightmare. The bright red book which's cover appeared to be flowing lava. Without thinking, he picked up the book but it did not set him on fire. He looked at the cover and could now understand the title which read, "Dark Arts". He could not resist reading the book. Reading it put him in a trance, losing his sense of time and need for rest or food. The book contained much information about what was going on in Aardon's situation.

Zire Teloc pg. 147
The Lord of Death, also known as Zire Teloc, was an evil demonic fiend that took control of a living person in another world than his own. The fiend would control the person by slowly taking over his or her soul and replacing it with its own evil spirit. The Lord's ambition was to kill every single living person or thing in the world of Aceon and return it to its barren and lifeless state as it was before the beginning of time and humanity. It was believed that the Lord wanted to end all the life in Aceon for revenge. He was cast away into an infinite void by the gods for eternity for his treatment of the inhabitants of Aceon. He would take over the souls of others and gradually torture them until they grew mad and ended their own lives for his own entertainment. Using horrifying and unspeakable ways of torture and slaughter, Zire Teloc gained his rightful place in eternal damnation. The only way the Lord could return to Aceon was to come in direct contact with a person who has at least half of a demonic soul. He would then slowly consume the soul and replace it with his own dark spirit. Once he gets in touch with such a soul, it is inevitable that he will control said person, using him as his instrument, and begin his reign of terror, pain, and death.

After reading about the demon inside him, Aardon couldn't control himself. He was irritated, depressed, horror-struck, and confused. He left his house in order to get some fresh air and ponder on the fact that he has a half-demonic soul. He walked around the town of the Thorn and admired the new houses that had been built in his absence. A man he had never met approached him to introduce himself. "Hello sir! I am- what? What is wrong with your eyes? And your skin?" asked the stranger who appeared to be appalled. Aardon walked over to the nearby canal to see his own reflection. He realized his eyes have become a dark red which were blood shot with black veins. He then realized his skin had remained burned and was missing many layers of flesh. Where his veins could be seen, it appeared that a black fluid flowed through them. Terrified of his own appearance, he turned the man and tried to answer him, but he lost control. He shouted at the man, "Zire ol Teloc gemeganza torzv od ip pon ol loncho!" and at the same time grabbed the man with tremendous force and threw him into the canal. Realizing what he had done, he hurried back home in complete shame and embarrassment.

As he grows angrier and shorter tempered, Aardon notices that he is becoming less and less than his normal self. That night, the demon inside him confronts him. "Embrace me. I am in control. Complete control!" Aardon fiercely fights back, "You will never control me! This doesn't make any sense! I do not even have a demon soul!" The demon responses "HAHA! Is that so? Hami! You filthy creature! You have no control over me! I know that you have read the Mahorela Nanta, the book of Dark Arts. You understand for me to control you, you have must at least half of a demonic soul. Why do you think I have been watching you for so long Aardon? HAHA! Not only watching you, but your whole family! For generations I have watched every Sallathor that lived. Demonic blood runs through your very family, giving you the soul I very need." "NO! My father was a great man! No DEMON like you!" shouted Aardon, but his defiance only angered the fiend. "No, you filth! You simple minded filth! Your great ancestors were from another plane of existence which made them demons. You are correct; your family was pathetic and weak. This is the very reason why I am going to enjoy tainting their reputation. HAHA!" Aardon had no use in resisting the attacks on his own soul. He didn't know what to expect after he was completely controlled by the demon. He only knew that he was going to get as far from town so he can't hurt anyone else. Aardon packed his bags that night, left everything behind, and only took his book of the Dark Arts.

The next day Aardon Sallathor was gone. No one knows where he ran off to. Some say they saw him running into the woods from the Thorn one night. Whether he is surviving on his own or he was killed by monsters or a wolf is unknown. All they do know is that he is gone and he left everything in his house. Also along with the disappearance of Aardon, they have been strange happenings in the land of Aceon. Others feel disturbed, others feel troubled. Even the animals are acting strangely. Nobody is sure what is going on, but they all feel an "evil force" brewing around them.

Notes: Zire Teloc meaning "Lord of Death". Zire meaning Lord in the demonic language and Teloc meaning Death in the demonic language. "Lord of Death" is the way I like to think of the name. Just his way of saying it. Also the demonic language I am using would be Enochian.

So yeah, this opens many mysteries. Where is Aardon? What happened to Aardon? Will Aardon ever be set free from the demons control? Will the Lord of Death be stopped? Maybe the answer is in that mysterious book?

So far this =    End of Sallathor family line (Or is it?)
Beginning of the reign of terror of Zire Teloc who kills people for fun.

Hope this is accepted/not metagamed. It was fun writing anyway.
Keep on keepin on. Lifes a garden, dig it.

RanmaChan

The backstory is alright, you just need to work a bit on spelling and grammar.  Also, try to edit your first post to add in new information rather than making multiple posts.  Any idea when her picture is going to be up in the Character Picture Thread?  I can't wait to see.

Bray, please make your post bigger, I can't read it.
And clarification.  There will only be ONE super villain for now.  Maybe more than one later.

Character's Name: Denzel Nightfog

Villain Type: MMV
Alignment: Neutral Evil - Malefactor

Backstory: ( 3 Paragraphs AT LEAST )

Denzel Nightfog lived in refuge with his mother, Serena, in the sewers and alleyways of Thorn. She was wanted for thievery and breaking and entering. They were poor and were forced to live on the streets. One day, when he was 9, he and his mother were ramsacking an old mages house, and the man came downstairs. He began to yell and scream for the guards.
Denzel knew that if the man kept yelling, his mom would be taken to prison. Denzel was forced to kill that man with the dagger he kept at his waist. His mom shouted 'Grab what you can and run!' He grabbed an old, heavy book off of the counter and ran. The guards finally caught up with them after a month. Serena took responsibility for the death of the man.
She was hung after 3 months in prison. Denzel swore he would always oppose the law, and those who enforced it. He promised himself he would kill the [president/king/high minister] and anyone who got in his way.

He began to read the book the mage kept with him. It was an encyclopedia on demonology. He got interested in the cults and brotherhoods. He began to practice dark magic. He focused on how to summon the monsters and demons from other dimensions. But he led a complete double life, he pretended to be a nice, jolly kid so he could learn from the masters in
Thorn academy. He took advantage of the headmaster, and grew close to him. He would sneak into the library and read ancient books of this evil magic. The teachers all grew fond of him, he was an aspiring mage. He would test his spells on animals, turning pigs into sheep, cows to chickens. He began to use it on Evil monsters, he would give skeletons flesh.
Extend zombies bones and make their skin black. Within a year, he learned to raise zombies from the grave. He took advantage of his new found powers, he soon came to his mothers burial site. He began to call out the spell. His mother arose from the grave. He grew into a fit of joy. But his mother just stood there. A blank expression on her face. She stared
into Denzels eyes. Denzel could only see fear, and hatred, and sadness. Immediately, he raised his palm and she exploded into pieces.

After this traumatizing moment, Denzel became insane. He grew alternate personalities, he would have arguments with himself. He would stay awake at night, muttering about random topics, like his toenails, or the crack in his ceiling. But this insanity drove Denzel to become a master mage. If the teachers at Thorn academy knew he practiced dark magic,
and were okay with it; they would make him a teacher of demonology himself. But they did not know this, nor would they EVER be okay with it. But rumors began to spread about muffled screaming of a different language from his house, and how when he was in a room, the room seemed to become more humid. Some people with magical abilities could see tints of
darkness floating in the air. They soon began to question him, and eventually he was wanted. For the headmaster at the academy could see through his deceit. They ran him out of town, and the headmaster set up a block to keep him from entering the city. He lived in the woods. Whittling voodoo dolls out of wood from trees, then making them dance around. He
built a village of them, watched them play. Then he set it on fire. He laughed and laughed. Absorbing the screaming as if it were ointment on a wound. Finally, because he was alone, he set out to make an access way to another dimension, to raise an army and attack Thorn. He eventually created one. He just needed to activate it. He yelled out his demonic
spell, and the obsidian erupted into a purple doorway. It made sounds as if it were on fire. He laughed maniacally. But then 3 men in black robes shot out of the portal. "You, you made this?" "Yes?" he replied. "That means you are experienced in demonology?" "Yes." "Then come with us." they grabbed him by the collar and dragged him into the portal. They
flashed through space, stars erupted past them, and soon. They were in a hellish world. Fire burnt, white squids flew in the sky, shooting fireballs out of their mouths. What seemed like a freak mixture of pig and human walked about the squishy, red ground. "Where are we?" He asked, "The nether, basically, welcome to hell."

"We need your help with backing up someone." "Who?" "Kind of... the demon king." "Really? All right!" the demonologists were surprised at his response. They took him to a dark red castle. On top, men were fighting a single man in shining armor. He showed up just in time to see him send every man flying across the room. Then a dwarf rushed over to aid what
seemed like their leader. All of this fighting. The king swung his axe down on top of one of the soldiers, nearly cutting his arm off, he lost too much blood and died. "Its our duty to strengthen his defenses. We needed another one of us. Just simply use a long range enchant spell on his armor, well handle his resistances. The dwarf threw a bottle of glistening
water at the king."Holy Water," Denzel murmured. "That would have killed him, if not for us." One of them said. The soldiers smashed at the king with their weapons, his armor should be broken, but the enchantment didn't allow it. The demon dragged the dwarf to a small lava fall, and threw him over the edge, leaving him to burn in the pool at the bottom of the
20 foot fall. Soon, he killed 3 men, but he ended up being killed. The men left, and me and the three men ran to his corpse. "HAHAHA" A dark red mist rose from the demon. Talking. "YOU, MEN. YOU ARE ALL GREAT HELP TO ME. YOU HAVE ALL EARNED THE PRIVILEGE." "The privilege?" "YOU, ARE NOW DEMONS. YOU ARE A BLIGHT ON THE EARTH, YOU CARRY DARKNESS AND DESPAIR AT YOUR HEELS.
YOU ARE NOW FEARED, THROUGHOUT THE MISERABLE LITTLE KINGDOM OF ACEON."

Thats all the information taken from the tortured demonologists. When they got to that point, they immediately died, no cause. But rumor has it that Denzel still roams the roads of thorn, they say he still practices demonology in sewers of the city, but they have yet to discover him. Sometimes, you can hear a man, talking to himself, of toenails and the cracks on his ceiling, about the deaths of the men in the nether, how he will get his revenge on Thorn. The voice echoing through the streets.

People, don't switch your character into your villain character until AFTER you have been accepted, if you were even accepted at all.  Seriously, you put the application in but continue to play as your regular character until your application is processed.

I disagree.

Being a villain doesn't make you villainous.
Being accepted as a Super Villain is just an added perk.

They can play an evil character if they want, I am not saying they can't, but don't play the character put in the application, because you might not get accepted.

I'm saying you're being silly and thinking too little of our community members.

They start playing the character, start playing the backstory, then don't get accepted and switch back.  I am just saving time and effort here.

The Architect scratched his beard as he stared off into the sand dunes. "You want us to build it here......" He asked as the wind knocked over a cactus a few feet away.
"Yes, right here. " Said the noble in the black robe. His deep voice carrying over the vast emptiness. "I want it done in a few months. We have no time to spare."
What was he talking about? But what was he to care, the pay was excellent, and the reputation to gain.
"You do know no one comes out here to pray right? Some believe the sands are cursed. " The bearded man mused. The noble chuckled and patted him on the back with a gloved hand.
"It's for the gods, not the people...."

The Pantheon of Ermori

The Pantheon of the Ermori was long worshiped by the citizens of the long lost kingdom of Ermor. These days a small sect still preserves the worship of their gods and values.

Gods and Goddesses:

Jermak - God of Manifestation, masculinity, king of the gods. He is often shown as a man clad in white fire wielding a sword of obsidian. Stories tell of his short temper and lust for all pleasures, tempered by a decisive and wise mind.

Leith - Queen of the gods, Goddess of all women, of creation and birth. She is often shown dressed in the night sky, her skin black as coal, holding a chalice. she is known as the dark mistress for she is said to protect the secrets of all woman from the ever prying eyes of men.

Olmier - Known as the dark whisper, brother of Jermak, the god of death. Was mythed that only those close to death would see him, clad in a robe of blood and skin watching them from afar, face always one of sadness.

Hethra - Goddess of the harvest, the great huntress. Farmers sang to this goddess to ensure a plentiful growing season and to guide their hunters to fair and fat game.

Vonth - God of Art and Pleasure. All from tavernkeepers to starving poets praised this god for any and everything. While kind and jolly, stories told that ungrateful worshipers would be turned insane. This also named him God of the Madness.

Thromb - God of Oracles and Mages. This nebulous brother of Jermak is said to know everything at the price of being forever asleep, dreaming of the world he can never effect. He is said to come to those children destined to wield the magics of the world through horrid nightmares.

Zethra - The messenger Goddess, daughter of Thromb and a blind seer. She is worshiped by those wishing for good news. This demigod is said to descend to the world of man in dire times to relay signs and omens.

[The last god is one added at a later date. No one IC knows about it.]

Gareith Ar Zul: God of cruelty, chaos, destruction, and Necromancy, this god was always worshiped in secret. Living beings was the only thing this god would accept as sacrifice. Small cults of this god were reviled by most everyone, as they would be known to steal the children from their beds and bodies from their cemeteries for their terrible rituals.
