Alright so, since I was granted the ability to enchant items for roleplay purposes, I might as well keep a list on who has what. This will be updated daily to ensure nobody gets old information. There are a few rules about enchanting I put out.

Rules:
1. Only 3 per person, doesn't matter how small the item.
2. I can only enchant with an admin online to consult, to make sure the enchantment isn't overpowered.
3. They will be slightly expensive, so be prepared to bring some diamonds.

Current Enchantments:

:NONE:

No, don't list those items under me, you keep them in your possession.  ICly lets say I returned them to you after dealing with Steel's character.

Alright, changed.

If quin or someone can rule the following possible item powers

  • invisibility (cloak, ring)
  • increase persuasiveness
  • some sorta scying (crysatal ball, mirror)
  • long distance communication (matching earrings, one for each person?)
  • one time use IC teleport (ninja smoke bomb)
  • one time use feather fall (feather)
  • one time use barrier (shield that breaks after getting hit, but will block any attack)

I'll defiantly come up with more later :D

Paintcheck

NO.

Those are mostly retardedly overpowered (especially the invisibility cloak). If you noticed the enchanted items before this was removed the first time they were rather innocent (the two I remember were eyeglasses that let a user see better and a ring that allows someone to switch their gender). Contrast those (which I felt were balanced and not stupidly powerful) with your list which basically is a list of things that give you a license to power game and you should be able to see why those ideas are not good ones.

The only one I thought wasn't a real metagame was increase persuasiveness. But it would have to be something as if the person was on the fence about something, and didn't already decide.

No. That's powergame.

You basically say "You didn't say no, because I am magic."

Quite succinctly, sir: Fuck you.

Ha, I actually came up with the first three too, but I see your point.  I was just listing a few I could think of, knowing some would get instantly denied... but hey, doesn't hurt to ask.The main ones I was interested in was the ninja smoke bomb (lets you use F home once ICly), the walkie talkie earrings.  The reason I posted so may was to get a feel for what would, and wouldn't be allowed.

Paintcheck

The walky-talky earrings are about the only option I see that would be feasible.

A glass that lets you turn water to wine, or vice versa considering that the water is meant to be dissappearing.

what about Blood into water?
With the drought now? I fear for where you get that blood from.

Demonizer877

sheep, cows, chickens and wolves. The other option is self explanatory but I'd hate to see nov become so desperate for water they resort to random murder. Unless it's random murder of a non-human species then I'd be more than happy.
Awesomeness is the best trait one can have

hah! and No, i suggested it, Because of the drought, it'd lead to increase violence for water, that glass would be worth more then diamonds in the aceon desert, people would kill for water, using the glass, and people would kill the glass user for The glass so that they could kill for water, a vicious cycle that would increase tension in a dyign world, sounds like good roleplay to me. Novarium would probally consider itself too high and mighty for Magic items, and just resort to my Plan of Blotting out the sun with smoke. :D

Paintcheck

Or they could move to my desert which is the wettest area in all of Aceon since it rains every 3 seconds there.

This is why using word edit to replace a rain forest with sand is a bad idea.

Comradebritish

Hate to burst your bubble, but the rain doesn't do much.

Kay, I will read a conversation I've already read, started and responded too.
