If I were to guess why I got banned it would be because of my statement about him beeing an irresponsible admin.  If so I'm glad 'cos it strengthens my statement.

I see a lot of potential in this server. Unfortunately it's being squandered by incompetence. Admins who ban people without a reason. Admins who are players first and admins second. Admins who are never on. Admins who don't care. The list goes on. I'm not going to demand that things get better since i can (Up untill a few days ago when i was banned) play on the server for free. Instead i can leave it for another server and i strongly advise other players to do the same. It's a disappointing end to an otherwise great experience.

I...I'm not going to acknowledge, nor deny that simply because I don't know and haven't experienced it. It can't be that bad man...I really don't think it is. Why would he do that?

I've been banned for a week. There is nothing on ban land. Quin has yet talk to me let alone give me an explanation as to why i'm banned. He's banned my friends as well, no explanation given there either. He hasn't even payed passing attention to finding out what happened to my city that i spent 4 days on (It was mysteriously removed somehow. I suspect Quin). You have to forgive my irritation and i'm sorry if it seems like all i do is complain. I'd love to keep playing on the server but the way I've been treated by Quin has made me lost hope. I feel like we got of to a bad start, Khorn. Let's play nice.  u

The reasons why I banned you are as follows:

Engaging in inappropriate, stupid, and silly RP in the city proper, with the addition of trolling.
Griefing the city by claiming land for your faction in spots that were not yet claimed for Ermor (stopping people from getting into their homes/using the land), the faction who built the city, and spots where it was forgotten to be done.

Setting your factions /f home and spawn in the center Ragolution's/Portkins' Imperial Palace, and misusing it greatly, then wasting my time in having to hound you to change it to elsewhere.

Trying to have my character killed ICly for an event that is OOC, the griefing of your, fort.  I did not touch your fort, Leticus.  You disbanded your faction so that Ermor could not go to war with you, but that removed the faction protection on your base.  I did NOT, touch your fort.

It is not possible for me to track down who ever griefed your fort, as we do not have any plug-ins currently that would allow us to do so, and I don't have time to lead a witch hunt for you.

Also, the last time I posted in the Minecraft ban-land was when I banned Ranek-something or other, a serial arsonist on the server, which was before we even had the white list, before DEAP/Novarium were created, and before the server wipe.  I did not know I had to post for every petty griefer and troll I ban on the server, Leticus, because with the amount I have to deal with daily, it would be postwhoring.

I don't have time to deal with you, I don't have time to deal with your friends (of which the following up above also applies to), and I don't have time to deal with your bullshit.  If you don't like me or how I admin on the server, fine, then please go play elsewhere.

Negative. If players have a problem with an admin they don't need to leave, they need to take it up with the admin. If the admin refuses to work it out then you take it to those above said admin to have it worked out. Admins are here for the players, to enforce the server rules, and anything else the Direct deems necessary. Posting this thread in general was not going through the right ways to have this dealt with, and it's only breeding drama.

I'm the one who accidently claimed land in your command-made city. I used the autoclaim command and forgot that it was on and I apologized many times. My friend (leticus) called me and told me that I had claimed land inside of Ermor and that I needed to remove it so I downloaded minecraft to my budget laptop and removed it. I asked you nicely if you wanted to escort me out from the city because our faction home was placed inside your capital (this was all OOC and temporary) because of the extreme lagg and  because you were so eager and wouldn't give me 1 minute to find my way out ( I haven't really been to all the places in the city and my render distance option was set to the shortest, of course ) on the budget laptop (5 fps or similar in a 2x2 inch window). And surely you understand why you're the top suspect over everything else?
You show up at the scene of crime and stay there for a minute maybe more, maybe less.
You don't even care for a second about what happened to the fortress that took leticus, what? 1 week+ to make? Shouldn't it be your job as an admin to ensure that this doesn't happen again? (bug or griefer, why aren't you concerned!?)

So Quin... For the sake of your server ( 'cos this server is obviously your little baby ), you can't be an admin AND a Role Playing character; you're destroying it.

The great mystery is now why geccoy was banned. I'm still puzzled. She was never in our faction, she never even had a character and the only thing she can be accused of is being talked to so if you're gonna ban geccoy you might as well ban the rest of the members of the server as well.

I'm not even going to bother reading this. I read Duran and Khorne and ThY's posts and I already think I have the gist of it.

The Aceon ban policy will now be changed to fill suit with the rest of HGN. You can post to appeal a ban. Bans will not be listed. If you want to know why you were banned PM the admin you THINK banned you.
