What is Aceon??
Aceon is a Roleplay Server using the medium game of Minecraft. It is set in a world built by the players, and changed by their actions. It is a Fantasy based server, and is currently set in a dark age. Think back to the fall of the Roman Empire, and all of the knowledge that was lost during that time. This means that there are no advanced technologies! We are currently set on an island off the coast of mainland Aceon called Elmphore. You can be whatever you like to be on Aceon, but don't be silly. The number one rule is, don't be stupid.

Our modern currency (for those who are still advanced enough to use it) is called the "Drachma". If you want to join, just hop onto the server, we do not currently have a whitelist. New plugins are now on the server.
izone - Block protect, request protection from op's. However we may be doing applications soon since it's kind of a big deal.
ieconomy - Money basically.
Local chat - Finally! No more global rp chat. You can type /me for ooc.
Boundry Mod - Added to stop players going toooo- far out of the map and causing lag and well.. not very roleplayable when people are so far away.
Craftbukkit isn't ready for 1.5 yet. Waiting for update.
Minecraft server is now up and operational.
The server will be wiped some time tonight as the votes show a clear majority in favor of wiping. Whitelists and stuff should stay, only the map will be reset. That means player inventories will be lost but everyone will be starting again. Hopefully this will allow for more RP as people keep their cities closer together.

Factions - Complicated faction system, allows creation, ally, faction spawns etc.
Vampire - Players can become vampires and infect other people.
Ishop - Create your own shops.

Lockette (Lock your containers to secure them, this can be used for yourself or factions, multiple people can have access)

A fair point, but we haven't been sticking to the creed much. Technically I shouldn't have been an administrator because I was never really a moderator.
Unfortunately the requirements had to be danced around to establish a stable administration team. They will be reintroduced if more people attempt to become members of Aceon's staff.
