Title: [Religion] Church of Nimarus
Post by: DasHeadCrap on 02-05-2013
An Aridellian religion, the followers believe in a godess named Nimarus. She created the world in 7 days. She started with Aceon and shaped it with all of her incite and eagerness. She wished to give it a master race but could not decide with her infinite wisdom so she made many different intelligent species like Orcs,Humans, and Dwarves, or Elves and many more. With her excitement she caused the magic from her to flow across her first world. She then shaped the Universe itself and added many other planets and stars. Arids could see her other stars twinkling off in the sky during the night. When one dies they awake at a random time as a new person, plant, or animal. Nimarus has no care for right or wrong and grants all mortals a new life after death. It is believed she has many universes and each she acts differently to. In one she may have a heaven and hell and another have no concept of life and death. Her influence on the mortal realm is seen as a play toy she can fidget with in infinite ways.

not advanced ones the rather small single scoped ones that where less advanced than modern day binoculars. You said Aceon has a lot of 1700s tech now and Galileo and people before him had primitive telescopes and they came long before the 1700s. IF you still disagree I can change it a bit

I like the idea of her having different universes and how she reacts with them, though the "7 days" thing was copied from a book I once read, I think it was a bestseller. The plot was shit though, I wouldn't read it again.

The problem is, the only factions that had advanced to the point of having telescopes able to see planets and stars were Judona and Mardra. Now that's Judona's vassal states.

Galileo's telescope was not less advanced than modern day binoculars.

Yeah I know but I really took the seven days thing from the fact that seven days are in a week and coming up with and following a new week system with religion associated days is something I honestly didn't feel like doing. But I do agree on how bad that over rated book was. At least its fans are slowly dwindling around the world.
