Harry 'Frightener' Kedoski

Description:  Harry wears an suit of combat armor which has a old brown duster coat over his armor.  If one is to look closely enough at his chest piece one will notice that he has scratched out "Abby" in his armor.  Leather straps pass across his chest piece holding tightly onto spare pieces of ammunation and other small equipment such as rope and chain.  Harry usually wears his leather boots, though these are not pre-war but actually present.  They seem to be used from a mixture of leathers though it is hard to identify.  His toe cap is plated with a light metal securing the boots.  Harry does not wear a back pack, Harry does wear cargo trousers that are dirty and patched from diffrent materials.  Harry is very uniqe for the helmet he wears, though he refers to it as his visor.  His visor is the creation of multiple objects, his combat helmet is fixed to his visor while he has a metal plating covering the front of his visor leaving his lens.  To the rear of his visor he has very little plating but a thick leather covering the rear of his head.  The entire Visor is scar'd from cutts and tweaks, it is obvious that the visor was created by Harrys ability with repairing objects.  Harry carries his Assult rifle on his back usually and his large machete that his sat on his chest piece waiting for usage.

Items:  Harry has a whole assortment of items, however Harry regularly makes use of his Assult rifle and Machete.  However Harry has been seen to be using other equipment such as grapples which he built.  He carries this on his waist belt and carries rope that wraps around his chest piece's leather strap.  Harry also has chain dangling from the rear of his waist belt.
Harrys abilitys: Harry has been known to tinker with objects as well as attempting to jury rig items and create items that may have use to him.  Apart from that Harry has been seen to have shocking luck when it comes to being shot at where he will usually take a hit in the right shoulder.  To make up for his luck, Harry has been known to be fairly effiecient when it comes to the usage of his weaponry.  Another thing about Harry is that he is a risk taker and has shown this in the past when he has spoke down to authority as well as entering risky enviroments such as undergrounds.

Harrys personality: Harry is hot headed, usually quick to get fed up and easily jealous, this is usually seen when around Abby when Abby is not paying as much attention to him Harry will result in a series of grunting.  To make up for this, Harry is protective around his family and has been ready to risk it all to save those he cared about, often coming up with quick plans that may not always work, this was shown mostly when Abby was captured when Harry rushed to get her safty.  Harry though easily annoyed is quite honorable though it may not always seem that way, when someone is in a danger he can assist in he will usually try to talk them out of trouble even when such people might piss him off.  Harry has a very low tolerance for people, but this hasnt stopped him from doing even the most unforseen actions, this was shown when Harry attempted to save the Super Mutants of Brandonburg as well as attempt to make the mutants of Brandonburg a more safer place and toloratable place for humans and mutants alike.  Harry does not like authority, this is usually shown when he speaks about the NCR trying to take over the entire wasteland or him steering clear of the NCR majority of the time.

Physical Abilitys: Harry is quick and able to endure a amount of pain to a limit, his downsides to this is his luck and his perception as Harry cant call out targets or people from a distance without the use of equipment.  If this was to be measured on a counter we'd mark it under this though fairly wrong in many areas.  Harry is fairly smart due to his creativity, however this can be lacking when in the heat of a situation.

The story:
Harry grew up like many children, under the guidence of no parents but a guardian.  Harry had only one man in his life who watched over him as a child and his name was known only under the alias of 'Slick', Harry would not talk much about his childhood, it was quite dull and sad in many places.  But the old man 'Slick' would teach Harry and Harry would learn from him.

What Harry knew about 'Slick' was that he used to be a Raider before he settled down, but this was a personal secret between Harry and the old man.  It was unknown why the old man settled down but Harry always presumed as a child it was just because he was getting old and that his old bones would no longer cope with the fighting.  And so Harry learnt from the old man 'Slick' a temper for every moment of growing up besides this old man he'd learn how to talk and mostly in times in a bad manner.  'Slick' tried to educate the boy, dicipline was in order at times when Harry would not say the correct thing for small situations, Harry was taught not to show his feelings, in the end these pent up inside of him and caused him to grunt when ever displeased, continously this is.  Harry would be hit and praised whether he did good or bad, but what was good or bad was usually concidered wrong to society. 


It wasnt long till at the age of 16, Harry watched his old man shoot a man on a road.  At this point Harry always questioned the reason for shooting him.  'Slick' would always tell him that life wouldnt be worth living if he couldnt feel the same way again.  There was times Harry would be let down by 'Slick', the old man would soon lay in his bed coughing from a illness while Harry sat by his bed, caring and feeding him when 'Slick' could not eat.  Harry owed it to the old man atleast, he did raise him after all.  'Slick' would die, and Harry would be alone in the world.  Harry suffered, he knew nothing in reality but how to talk and shoot with a basic instinct gained from the old man.  Harry would starve and feel thirty each night, he'd eat what he could get.  Around this period Harry would learn by nature itself how to suvive, Harry was plunged into a world of violence and challange.  Harry hunted and killed his food and learned to cook it on a open fire under the stars.


Harry was taken in by the NCR years later, living in a town as a hunter.  Harry soon naturally gained a disliking for authority, these NCR who gained control over the wastelands quickly and spread like locusts.  Harry would head towards the Vallys of Armagosa.  Life changed quickly, Harry was in his twentys and surviving effectively enough.  Harry soon found himself understanding the old man and why he shot that man.  But Harry refused to think he should've still done it, he related to it.  Life truely is terrible without people, Harry never got on with anyone, socially it was hard for him to get on with people.  What he learned from his old man ruined his social life.  Harry would meet a trader in a NCR encampment trading and very quickly, Harry took a liking to her.  After afew weeks, he found himself with her and living with her majority of the time.  This woman was a trader named Abby.


With the help of Abby, Harry would find himself not having to starve every night.  Harry would also find himself more happier as he wasnt alone anymore.  Harry would find a completely new meaning to life and so Harry grew very attached and would fight for her no matter what.  She was precious to him and the only truely good thing that happened to him, no he was ready to die for her.

Harry now roams the wastes with his Assult rifle and equipment he built in his spare time thanks to Abbys assistance.
