Just putting this out there, if you can't tell I'm -big- on Overwatch related stuff, and if your looking for someone to run the servers OTA I'm more than happy, unless, you know. Have this sorted.

Hey there! Good to meet you, I am Judas.

On to your topic, While we currently do not need an OTA, (Look at our low population, isnt it cute!) We do have contingency plans for its future in which the SEC and DVL along with several other high ranking members will form a squad of four units to cleanse the city!
Since OTA will never be online except in the most dire of cirumstances, a constant force/roster/leader is not currently needed.
But feel free to  apply for the MPF and work your way up! Promotions should be fast and furious these first few weeks while the force is being built, so get in on the ground floor!
