Chapter 10: Demon's Ambition

Of the mages of Naud, the one called Zieldael often appears to be hiding away, allowing her servants called 'Darkseeds', members of the hero ranks turned half-demon, to do most of her dirty work for her, stealing heroes away one after another for seemingly unknown reasons, other than creating more servants. The first of these, a man named Drake, who was turned full-demon due to prolonged exposure to the crystals, has deduced that Zieldael's powers are slowly growing day by day due to the Darkseeds, and despite the unbased theory, has decided to organize a raid to Naud to stave Zieldael's power at what seems to be its source. However, what lies deep within the demon's lair is a threat far greater than any of the heroes could have possibly imagined...


The damage has been done. The heroes have suffered a fail at the hands of the demon Zieldael. The Black Raven, a thief and Drake's younger sister, has been revealed to be the one Zieldael sought, and is now nothing more than a wooden husk. Drake has lost his hand, and the Darkseeds have all fallen, the comrades they once were dead, save for one, Yharon. Zieldael has gained power to a significant point, and leaves the heroes wondering if they will truly be able to save the Raven and defeat Zieldael.

Meanwhile, offshore, a new beacon of hope is slowly igniting for Almustadt...

-You may use movement items aside from grappling hooks, unless they are being used for IC effect
-For this event, there will be a party split. The teams will be determined SEMI-RANDOMLY, so I ask you do not complain about which group you are a part of.
