Perhaps but they are supported by various companies and when the time draws near they will no doubt get alot of private sector investment. There's land to be had, precious minerals. This will be the start of infrastructure. Besides technology will be much more advanced in 10 years time. Already we have laser beams that can shoot drones out of the sky, robots that can be used to construct structures and a 1tb usb flash drive.

Probably, i would tune in for sure. By then i am sure we could have a relatively good signal setup to transmit audio\video through space between the planets. Might take a few days for the footage to get back to us.
