Members of neither:

Also moonstar is neither.
Archon Pilera is Neither, Anti-rebel, but not Anti-monarchy, if you want specifics.
Leona Reinhardt ( Or just Leona ) is in the Monarchy.
She's the Royal Guard's Captain.
Nathan Jones is neither
till one of the sides fully hires us me and most of my guild are neither.
