For me, it's toss-up.
Meatballs stuffed with a ricotta mixture or egg custard pudding.
Though, my egg custard needs some work. :<
Yeah, that sounds pretty damn good. For me, it was chopped egg-plant, dipped in an egg, oil and butter batter and fried in corn oil with some bread-crumb. Afterwards, I simmered up a nice, deep meat sauce made by myself. Went out and bought like, 4-5 cans of fresh tomato juice. Dumped it inside and began to hand-roll chop meat into balls, shrudded some of the balls up for the actual sauce, and left others for the main. I also dumped in some Brushale and Sausage...came out pretty good over a fine, linted Shell pasta. Served best with Red Whine, I prefer 'Chesto Portella' It's nicely colored in a fine, black and rose coloring. Aroma's of chest-nuts and wood sallsurben. It's got a nice, fig flavoring and chocolatey nice, taste. It's got a pinch of mint too and goes best with dark meats and pasta. Very, very nice.
I made a peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich with butter melted onto the toast, Amazing.
