The Backstory

The town was a ghost town when two petty slavers named "Ace" and Micheal decided to come and take it over. There, they met a man named Phatom that decided he wanted in on it. And so started the Bluegrass Slavers. Eventually, Micheal got out of hand, and was killed for threatening the diplomacy between Kira Karbines.
