This could work, though, couldn't it? Using this would give the in-game Enclave more freedom to do as we wish, and apply more of our own rules, but still follow the major Enclave goal. Also, will the Brotherhood be using combat armor and T-51b's or all T-45d's?

Since everything is so early and we don't want overpowered factionz, I'd agree with BoS combat armor and Enclave no-leadership, would make for some good RPz.

Well by canon, 100 suits of T-45d were found in the pentagon, so it depends on location and timeline,  in fallout 1 and 2 some members wore T-51b, mostly the brotherhood should use combat armor though.
