Settlement Info
Settlements often emerge from a single building or outpost which wasters have been using for a While. These are known as Outposts or hideouts.

To make a settlement official you need to have Four Buildings, either buildings already on the map (Which are free) or Shacks which can be bought. Once you buy your Fourth Building your settlement achieves the rank of 'Emergent Settlement' - this means the settlement receives; a Safe Box, Access to All Upgrades and will receive an official forum thread.

Settlements can be attacked they have no 'IC guards'. It is advised that all settlements form a Militia or Security Force. Hostile Takeovers of settlements are not unheard of, but can only be carried out with an SV+ Auth.

Settlement Upgrades

You can upgrade your official settlement with Several Different Items and props, which once paid for will made into static prop or entities.


Upgrades are bought from "Stewart Contractors*" A building firm inside the Wasteland and are as follows:
