I think the friendly community rule should be enforced a bit more, as in not calling people 12 years old, or saying they suck their thumb, that is just uncalled for.

The gear return rule, i think this, you should be able to decide before or five minutes after, as in during the NLR period if you both say yes, then the gear is returned.
