Regarding BoS

In fallout 2 and tactics the BoS were desperate because they were losing a war against the NCR. The BoS started to force tribes to give them reqruits and if they didn't then they would still and kill.

My main question is are the BoS good,bad,neutral?

well, most of the people here played FO3.
So I think they will be neutral.

I think it would depend on how the other factions react to BoS. Enclave and Outcasts are hostile. But to wastelanders I think they would be friendly.

But the BoS back in Cali are deuchebags at times (unless you help them)
But now the fact that we learned that we are in the middle of where fallout tactics and fallout 3 took place shouldn't there be a little brawl and please don't yell at me I barely remember the canon anymore from fallout tactics, but wearn't the BoS that tried coming to chicago become outcasted because they where being alittle bit extreme (aka almost like the enclave without the kill on site)
So if this is the case and since we are taking place in the middle I think there should be brawls where the Chicago BoS is fighting with the BoS in DC.
