If I recall, every Vault has a Overseer. Dont we need applications for Vault Overseer, and as Silver did say, the Vault is designed to hold 40 members, so seeing this, we may need to sort somthing out for the following.
Vault Overseer
Vault Security
Vault Teachers (Good child Roleplay)
Vault jobs (Such as docters to Utility)
Also, a fun "Goat test" will be fun, it may instead help players get the jobs above with out applying, the awnsers can also be secret (Only admins know).
Just a idea, discuss or add to the idea.

I think I only took the G.O.A.T. Exam once. Every other time I just talk the teacher into letting me choose my stats.
In my G.O.A.T exam the said i would be a garbage specialist...I wasn't pleased..
My GOAT exam told me I would be a vault door.

Alright, let's try getting back on topic. Would the Vault Overseer know the answers to the G.O.A.T. test? Would there be any real correct answer? Also, would the Vault Security be played like the Combine in HL2 RP?

I think I got every job. From wedding planer to pip boy repair, Fry cook, Doctor (If that is what I think it was.)
Yeh i think that we should have goat tests for younger vault dwellers (those who choose to be like 15) and then security guards and crap to keep everyone in line and stop fights or breakouts.
It's already been settled that there will be security, there has to be. I am a fan of the old Vaults, they made more sense to me, but Security is heavily needed.
Eventually, a friend of mine playing on the PS3 he got the Overseer job one we where like WTFBBQ!
