Knowing the ranks sofar on the roster and on the main board of LEON Research. I have done some thinking and thought that, since we have the Lead Researcher of the whole team and then the Co-Lead Researcher which are inshort the commanders of the whole thing. Why not have "squad leaders" for each level? I'm the senior member of the levels excluding lead and co-lead researchers. As I level up.. I command that level and the levels below.

Ex:

Lead Researcher: Commands Co-Lead Researcher - Levels 01-03
Co-Lead Researcher: Commands Levels 01-03
Level 03 (Senior Researcher Leader): Commands Levels 01-03
Level 02 (Experienced Researcher Leader): Commands Levels 02-03
Level 01 (Junior Researcher Leader): Commands Levels 01

Like that. Including have leader next to their name on the roster so the members know that he/she is the leader of that level; For another example; Dr. Samuel Lawson | ID #26925 | Level 01 (Junior Researcher Leader) | Lendog | STEAM_0:1:22713465

Perhaps, but instead of Junior Research Leader, it could be like: Level 01 Lead Researcher, or something.

EDIT: Made up my mind, wouldn't work out very well.
