Introducing... Radiation!

There's now radiation out there on the wastes! Found in certain locations you had best avoid! It's nasty stuff, it will lower your stats, cause unconciousness and at a certain level, even death! So be careful out there folks and always keep a radaway by your side and be careful when eating and drinking certain things, that includes... drinking out of toilets, it's a nasty habbit. Here's a few highlights. Patches of radiation and some items will give you radiation. If you die you do not loose your radiation, it's stuck with you until you actually die of radiation, so you had best look after yourself because you will get permanent stat loss if you die from radiation, so it's a big deal. Radaways, some items, a new type of autodoc and a new trainable feature based on the medcine ability stat can reduce radiation. Here's a table listing the effects. This is awesome!  I can't wait to see how this changes the game.  RadAway will now go from being something people toss away to being highly in demand.

Total Radaway effeciveness = Total medical points / 2 + 100

So if you had full points in medicine it would be 150. No points would be 100.

Add that to stalker, though with less stages and more effectiveness-deduction.
Since Stalkers didn't have time to mutate to partially be immune to radiation.
