[FORP] -New- Character Applications thread request for New England Commonwealth

The old character app list is out of date and moderated by someone who, as far as I'm told, is no longer an SV.

So we need a new character app list. We have a number of interesting characters in Fallout RP--but a handful of which have gotten some complaints (mainly from people in Stalker... ujelly Stalker?). In all seriousness, some people have come up with some good ideas for characters that people have flamed to all fuck because, "OH IT'S NOT AUTHORIZED RAWR."

Well let's fix that. We need a new thread for the Massachusetts Commonwealth / New England Commonwealth / Whatever you want.

Regardless the old character app thread is out of date. We need to edit the old one or make a new one.
