Resident Evil: Extraction
The Umbrella Corporation is a leading company in pharmaceuticals, among other things. Every nine out of ten homes have at least one of their products. Unknown to their own employees, Umbrella's main source of income comes from genetic experimentation, bio weaponry and weapons contracts. This work is top secret, only the highest security clearance knows about it. The Umbrella Corporation has a presence everywhere. Even if there isn't a facility, shops stock their products. Umbrella Corporation was at the peak of their success. Then something happened that no one could have predicted: the T Virus was released.
The T Virus was an experimental virus, originally designed for cosmetic purposes. It's only function was to reanimate dead cells, in order to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and slow down the ageing process. But the scientists made it too strong. When it was released, it started to bring the dead back to life but they weren't the same. Hair and fingernails continue to grow and only minimal brain activity is revived. These zombies are stupid but only recognise the simple things from their previous life, such as how to open doors. They also have only one need on their minds: the need to feed. One bite, one scratch is sufficient to spread the virus. The Infected will then have 48 hours before becoming one of them. They can be killed by any trauma to the spine or brain i.e. a bullet to the head or a broken neck. But, as the virus spread, it began to mutate. Those with weaker immune systems (like the sick) would become infected just by inhaling the airborne virus.
The T-Virus spread quickly throughout North America and then into South America. Many thought it was impossible for any survivors to still exist. Because of this, North and South America were quarantined and labelled a no-fly zone. The Umbrella Corporation, fearing they would lose consumer favour and military contracts, decided to form a rescue squad to search for survivors in the hot zone. This rescue squad would consist of Umbrella employees, military personnel and mercenaries. But the Umbrella Corporation had another reason for sending in a rescue squad: they were to retrieve some classified files from the Raccoon City facility, the source of the Outbreak.
The rescue squad's orders are simple: rescue any survivors and retrieve classified Umbrella Corporation files at all costs.

Appearance: Thalia is of average height for her age with an athletic build as she enjoys running. Her skin is also lightly tanned. Thalia's straight black hair reaches her elbow in length. Her fringe is of varying lengths, cut to shape her face so some strands are easily tied back while others hang annoyingly in front of her deep green eyes. She also prefers to keep her hair tied up – usually in a pony or long braid. In terms of make-up, Thalia subscribes to the theory of "less is more" and doesn't really see the point of it but she does wear black eyeliner, nothing else. Personality: Being a computer genius, Thalia often gets along better with machines than with people. She also isn't used to talking to people and is usually quite shy, she rarely speaks a word unless she feels that it is important or someone has overlooked a possibility. As a way to comfort herself in a tense situation, she will often revert to talking about computers or computer games. She has been trained with firearms but she has never killed anyone except in computer games. She has a good sense of humour but she laughs more than she talks. She is also very sensitive – say the wrong thing around Thalia and she won't speak to you for a long time. Thalia is a very patient person. [EVENT] The rescue team ready their departure to Raccoon City. A Military grade helicopter awaits on the Heli Pad. The helicopter would drop the Rescue team in a safe landing zone within the limits of Raccoon city. The team make their way towards the Helicopter.
Thailia walks toward the Helicopter, as she nears the Helicopter, she worries if these new Guns for hire wouldn't cover her back from the flesh eating zombies. She couldn't trust them in her mind but when she thought about the paycheck she would receive, she would feel alot better.
Kane slowly walks up towards the Helicopter with his arms crossed behind his head and his Rifle slung onto his back, He walks past Thailia and turns his head to her side and raises an eye brown, then moving onwards to the Helicopter. As he enters the Helicopter, he lets out a loud yawn and sits down, leaning onto the wall still with his arms crossed behind his head, He seems really relaxed. He closes his eyes and waits for the Helicopter to start.

After the officers let him speak (probably) he unleashes his anger with the mercenaries'.
"The weapons granted for the job are useless. A BARRET for a Close Quarter Battle. Not to mention the guy will break both of his arms when he will fire it in his arms. I'm not going to die there, we should have only 1 sniper rifle and everyone else should be equipped with at least a sub-machine gun if they can use it."
Sam smirked.
"The Barret would be use as overwatch. But yeah, I do vote overkill, a fifty is used for armor, what in the hell would we deal with that needs a fifty?" Sam added.
"That being said, I don't give a hoot. I'm here for payment. IF you want to carry in a Mark 19, fine by me."
"You go in with what you have, I expect you all back with any survivors and the files back to me. You will be accompanied with Private Rick Alson, and Private John Hamson. Good luck to you all, and may god be with you."
Says the Officer.
[EVENT] The two Privates enter the Helicopter, Thailia grabs her bag and enters the Helicopter to. The Officer salutes the soldiers and watches them walk into the Helicopter.
"Come on, let's move it!" Screams the Pilot.
Sam takes a seat near the back of the helo, taking in a few last breaths before settling into a rhythm he knew well.
Check gear, check body, check mind, let inner beast take over rational thought, submit to inner beast so as to retain sanity.
[EVENT] Another soldier comes in the Helicopter.
"Good morning soldiers, i'll be your squad leader for this mission. My name is John Hamson, do not address me as sir. Just address me as John or Hamson."

Kane slowly opens his eyes and yawns, "Oh everyone is here already, what did I missed, I think I slept in for a short time." He looks around at the people sitting in the Helicopter around him. He scratches his head and sits up correctly, yawning another time, He checks the Equipment of the others and then looks over to Thalia. "Why does she only have a Handgun and why is she here on board, where we are going is no place for womens with only a handgun I assume."

At which point Sam looks at his under slung Grenade Launcher.
"To be honest Kane, normally I'd agree with you, but sometimes, like now, numbers are better than caliber."
[EVENT] The helicopter starts up and lifts up. It then starts flying towards it's destination.
Kane looks at Maciej and says "Do I look like I would care ? I am here to safe your damn backs from a Distance." he then turns to Sam, "Well what can she acctualy do against a horde of mumbling braindead guys, she's just a problem for us, without her we would be way faster, If she does something stupid or blocks our way, I'll leave her behind. Just saying." He grabs into his pocket and takes out some chewing gum and puts it into his mouth and chews it, then holding it into the round of all and asking "Does someone else want some ?"
Sam declined the gun, instead producing a Cuban Cigar.
"One of the few perks of working freelance, you can go places where these are legal!" Sam yelled over the din of the chopper blades.
A few strokes on the striker and a quick puff or two latter, he sat back and enjoyed the taste.

Other equipment: Radio, Umbrella U.S.S. armor (The armor the motorcycle helmet guys were wearing in the first RE movie), Flashlight, 2 Fragmentation grenades, Map of Raccon City with various red X's marking his targets.
[EVENT] A few hours later, the Helicopter comes within a few miles of Raccoon City. Over the Horizon you can see the isolated city.
Thailia looks out her window to see if they are close.
"Were almost here" She says quietly, as she fiddles with her gear.
Sam stubs out the last of his newest cigar. He spends a few moments checking his gear, one last time before drop.
He felt none of the giddiness he had the first time. By now, it was cut and dry.
Hook up, grab rope, jump, squeeze tighter, disconnect, secure LZ, continue mission. Hell, unbeknownst to everyone but a few of his friends, he even escaped from an infected city. Everything Umbrella had made, he was used to. Zombies where simple blocks in his way, they only trouble he might have is if they let a tyrant out. But, that's not likely. Who would let a tyrant roam free in this town?
"Alright, gear up. Were almost there!." Says the Pilot.
Thailia Packs up her gear and zips up her bag, she grabs her Communication device and puts it on her head. She lets out a long sigh and closes her eyes.
-Scott readies his Desert Eagle-
"I know I've been ignoring you guys for this flight, but lets kick zombie ass and survive."
"Oh and quick question, why did you guys choose to do this?"
[EVENT] The Helicopter flies into the city limits. It flies to the top of an apartment complex.
"Alright, gear up. Contact me when your mission is finished. Good luck!." Says the Pilot
The Helicopter doors swing open.
Kane unslings his Glocks and jumps out onto the roof, securing the roof and waving the others down. No Infecteds in sight. He then leans over the roof walls and checks down onto the streets and looks around the city. He turns back to the others and says, "I am just here for the money."
The two Privates and the Squad leader exit the Helicopter.
Thailia jumps out of the helicopter, she opens her bag and takes out her laptop opening it.
"Alright, were near the Facility, i'm also getting reports of movement inside of the Apartment complex."
Thailia quickly closes her laptop and puts it in her bag.
"Alright, Private Alson, stay with the Helicopter, Private Hamson your with us. Lets move out."
Says the Squad leader.
Maciej jumps out of the helicopter and covers the squad's back.
-Scott jumps out of the helicopter-
"Well, no time for questions now, lets not become a zombie sandwich."
"Alright, we better move fast. The activity in the Apartment Complex is heating up really fast." Thailia says.
Thailia grabs her pistol and loads a clip into it, She zips up her bag and runs towards the Door leading into the Apartment.
Sam went through the practiced slide down the rope, checking the immediate area.
He couldn't help but notice the sound of the dead. Near by, but not immediately dangerous. Sam pulled the charger on his gun, as he did with his HK45.
"Recomend we stay close, keeping back to back is smart in zombie cities." Sam suggested, following the leader.
Kane also runs towards the door, leans onto the wall and says: "Ready ?" he holds his hand onto the doorknob to open it when everyone is ready.
Sam nods, and tenses for whatever might be inside.

Private Hamson kicks down the door and storms in.
"It's clear!" Private Hamson yells out to the others.

Kane flicks on his flashlight on his Glock and Checks the place.
Thailia flicks the safety off on her Glock, she runs down the stairs leading into the top floor of the Apartments.

Sam ran in, following the leader.
"Clear!"
[Event] The Crew enters a hallway that has many doors to it's right and left. It looks like they are in a apartment complex. The end of the Hallway is pitch black and you can't see it.
Kane looks at the pitch black hallway, "I don't like this darkness, Nor those many doors."
Thailia ignores the comment and simply walks down the hallway.
Sam pulls out his HK45, flips on the light and heads towards one of the doors.
"Clearing." He states matter of factly, then enters. Two figures.
"On the ground, NOW!" He bellows. When they turn to him and hiss, Sam drops them with a clean shot to the head. Then, he walks over, and puts one more in both of their heads, as an insurance policy. He searches the bodies. Wallets, money, id, family photos. He'd send those to family outside if they had any, but he didn't find what he was looking for.
Sam cursed, and cleared the next two rooms. Nothing.
"Clear this side, someone grab the the other side."

Reason for agreeing to join the Rescue Squad: To save any civiliance (What he said) (Real Reason) To retrieve any information leading to Umbrella starting the outbreak.
Appearance: A tall strong man with a Mosseberg on his back, has a belt with four flares and a P228 near his hip. Wears a RESCUE Uniform and a Rescue squad patch on his right arm.
Personality: Silent, Mysterious personality
Weapons: Mosseberg (1) P228 (1) Combat knife (1)
Other equipment: Flashlight attachment to P228 (1) Flares (4) Mosseberg ammunition (30) P228 Magazines (4)
Kane takes the other side and opens 1 door. Nothing. He opens the next and a Dog jumps onto him, trying to bite Kane. Kane tries to get a hold of the dogs head. He got it, he snaps the head of the dog around and breaks the neck of it. The dog drops to the floor and Kane stands up and knocks off some dust from him.
"I hate Dogs, I am more of a cat person."
*A dark, tall looking figure enters the room with the rest of the Rescue Squad members. Appearing to have a RESCUE Uniform.*
Fred Brockwood pumps his shotgun and asks "Am I too late for the party?"
Maciej enters the building last, closing the door quietly and blocking the door handle with a chair. He catches up with the squad.
Kane looks at Fred confused and says "Who are you ?"
Fred Brockwood shows him the patch and says "My friends call me Justice, and since you all here are friends and probably drink tea, then just call me Justice." in a attitude obviously not a fan of showing of his true identity
Kane looks at him "Ah yeah, Uhm, Alright, I guess."
Fred Brockwood asks Kane *Any survivors so far? And what happend? Can't say a single sentance? Did the cat steal your tongue?* And laughs, then says "Just kidding. Anyway, Any survivors?"
"No, Zero Survivors so far, just 2 Infected and a dog." mentions over to the corpses.
Fred Brockwood looks past him over to the corpses, saying "Shame. So were moving in or preparing a tea party for the infected dude behind you?" And pumps his shotgun, raising it and aims behind Kane and fires. Blowing one infected's head off.
Sam looked at Fred. He liked him for his no nonsense-style, but he seemed a little too aloof for the situation. Then again, the situation makes one do strange things to avoid a complete mental breakdown.
"Hallway seems to be clear sir. Orders?"
"Thanks. I think something in my ear just died." He turns around. "Well let's continue, we've spent about 5 minutes here already and didnt move on."
Sam took lead, shining the light down the hallway.He chose to go left, trusting the man in back to guard the rear from anything that was on the right.
Fred Brockwood followed Sam and went right to cover his rear.
Kane follows the others and checks around the surroundings
Fred Brockwood kicks the door in, and raises his mossberg. Fred Brockwood however doesn't notice anything. Until he pops a flare and throws it in. Fred Brockwood looks in and says "Guys, stay quiet and get the fuck back..."
In the room it appears to be atleast 10 infected members, appearing to have been in a huge family. All charging Fred Brockwood.
Maciej quickly raises his G36 and with single shots takes out at least two before they reach the door.
Fred Brockwood takes out his Combat knife and his P228 And raises his pistol, firing the two others coming towards him and stabs one of the zombies in the right tembel. Another Zombie runs towards Fred, Fred didn't really see it before it went right up to his face, unable to fire that close, Fred Brockwood makes a roundhouse kick towards the zombie's head. Landing it thankfully as a CRACK is heard, and the zombie falls down to the ground. Fred Brockwood backs off and says "Don't just stand there! Shoot!"
Kane raises his glocks and starts shooting at the approaching Zombies.
Several more infecteds show up, attracted from the noise of the gun fights.
Fred Brockwood turns around, noticing the infected. Cursing to himself, saying to himself also "Please distract this time!" And pops one of the flares, throwing it out a door, luckily this time the infecteds are attracted to the flares and goes after it. Fred Brockwood runs to the door and blocks it, saying to Kane "Hold the others off! I hold these bastards off."
Sam took the time of distraction to push Fred out of the way.
Aiming at the distracted infected, he pulled the trigger on his Underslung Grenade Launcher. Instantly, all but three of them were gone, and those that were left, were left with little other than a torso.
"Okay, now you can block the door."
He then popped a few of the infected in the hallway.
Fred Brockwood realises no other infecteds are coming from there, however still annoyed he reacted extremly late. Fred Brockwood holstered his P228 And unholstered his Mosseberg, Firing at the infected and pumping.
A Infected tries to attack Fred from behind, Kane blows his head off.
"HOLD YOUR FIRE YOU DUMBFUCKS! INFECTED ARE COMING TO THE SOUND OF OUR GUNFIGHT YOU DUMBASSES! THIS IS WHY I WANTED EVERYONE TO GET SILENCERS!" Maciej mows down with single bullets another few infected. As Maciej nearly pulls the trigger, he takes out a magazine and puts in another one to save time then he continues to kill any infected in his perimeter.

Fred Brockwood turns to Kane and then back to the zombie, Then says "Thanks Kane. I guess it's fair now." And then turns to whoever is crying to them about not having silencers and says "Easy for you to say, You are probably the only one who actually TOOK Silencers, And they barely do shit. Only if the zombies is atleast fifty meters away. You know Silencers are not like in games."

"Well stop discussing about Silencers, it's to late now to get some. Also I prefer firepower." Kane moves on, opening a double door leading onto the street. He pops his head out and checks the area. "Looks Clear to me." He checks the sky area of the city for any intact big buildings or towers. He sees a nearby Radio tower. Good Luck." Kane starts running off to the tower, seeing as he is the scout and back safer of the Team he needs a high position for good sniping shots and reportings on what happens in the Town. The crew sees Kane running down the Main street then turning into a alley and dissappears out of sight.

Fred Brockwood thinks "Hmm, He could have been useful in the U.S.S. Oh well, I should check the area for survivors."
Fred Brockwood opens a door quietly this time and looks in, not sure what he is seeing.
The door Fred opened releases a disguisting smell of rotten flesh and reveals several decayed corpses laying on the floor, they all look more dead then the Infecteds are. On the other side of the room you see a note written on the wall saying "Liz meet me and our friends at the Town Hall."
Fred Brockwood backs off due to the smell, saying to himself in swedish "For fuck sake." And walks in against his will, taking the note and looks over it. Backing out to the others with the smell and says "Found a note, Possible Survivors at town Hall. Probably doom place by now."
Fred Brockwood looks at the remaining group and says "Jesus, You guys are more brain dead then alive." And moves up to next door, readying his P228 and opens the door slowly.

[EVENT] Thailia seems to be missing from the group.
Fred Brockwood closes the door when he realised, Where was Thalia? Fred Brockwood turned to the group and asked "Where is Thalia?" In a emotionless voice.
[[bump, I have something planned.]]
[Event] A Radio signal comes in.
"bzzt Hello ... bzzzzzt This is Aeshma bzzzzzt I am soon .. bzttt Tower. bzzzzt I saw civillians running towards .. bzt Town hall bzzzzzt They didn't stopped when I shouted. Over. bzzzzt"
"This is the Squad Leader for the Rescue team, i couldn't copy what you said, Over."
Fred Brockwood looks over the radio, saying "We need to head to the Town Hall if we want to save survivors. Simple what he said."
(Sorry, spending time at my uncles for long periods of time means no internet checking, only games. I'm back though.)
"Actually, he warned them away from the town hall. I think that means we are too late to save them. If you're willing, I will certainly help, but just saying, it's more likely to be suicide than our current predicament."
Sam then reloaded his guns.
"Won't be suicide if we won't shoot at anything that moves."
[Event]
A another Radio Signal comes in "I am at the top of the Tower now. Was happy that the elevator still worked. I saw Survivors and told them to stop and follow me. They didn't listen. They have barricaded themselve up in the Town Hall now. A huge horde of Infected are nearing the place. They're coming from West. You should propably go the street down to east. Looks quite empty. Around 10-20 Infecteds. The other way is a mess. I'll guard your backs. By the way, I found something nice to bring back from this mission. Over."

"Well, i guess we'll all be saviors then." Sam groused.
Fred Brockwood chuckles and says "We better follow the instruction he gave us then. Maybe we will find one of our missing members while we head there." And pumps his shotgun, saying "Lets move out then."
Sam takes up the back, and shoots a few infected on the way to the tower.

Fred Brockwood moves up towards the town hall, making sure he goes East to avoid the infected. Fred doesn't really notice many infected, expect the once Sam shot. But Fred Brockwood looks up on one of the rooftops, noticing something with a long tongue. Fred Brockwood says in his radio "Kane, Are you sure it's just infected?"
Kane radios back. "Haven't seen anything else other then the Survivors. Remember I have blind spots too from up here."
Maciej checks his perimeter while covering the back, saying to the radio: "How about we stop being trigger happy and avoid all of the zeds? I don't want a bigass horde to eat me alive because if you didn't know they're attracted to sounds too."
Fred Brockwood says in the radio "Well I think we got 'Lickers' Here. Oh and, Maciej, It's too late anyway. Sam fired a few remember? And we are faster then them anyway."
[Event] A group of Lickers crawl out of the surrounding building windows. One of them tries to jump onto Fred. 2 Other's are trying to attack Maciej.
Fred Brockwood haved eyed the one on the roof, not getting time to react to the one jumping on him from the window. Fred Brockwood holds it away, hope to buy him time to get his combat knife.
[Event] You hear a loud bang. 2 seconds after the noise the Licker that Fred holds away from him explodes into thousand pieces.
The Radio turns on and Kane says "That's for what I am here."
Fred Brockwood get splattered with its blood, and says "What the Fuck?!" And slowly gets up, a little shocked. Fred Brockwood says in his radio "What the hell was that?!"
"Just saving your ass"
Fred Brockwood says to his radio "Yea... Anyway, We should continue to move up to the town hall."
Fred Brockwood gets up from the ground, looking at the brain dead group, not moving a inch, or even talk. Fred Brockwood moves up to the Town Hall, taking it careful and peeks around the corner, trying to see what's inside.
Sam snaps out of seeing something explode for no reason.
"Hey, wait up. Seperating is a bad idea."
Sam ran forward and tapped his shoulder, "Got the flank."
Maciej would lay in a pool of blood if not for his skills as an operator. The first licker was taken out halfway to him. The second one leaped but due to the loud nature of the Barrett it missed Maciej only to get killed with a 3-round burst into it's brain tissue.
Kane radios in "Everythings alright down there ? You guys are now in a Blind Spot of me."
"Err, yeah, compared to the rest of the city, we're dandy."
Sam put out over his radio.
Fred Brockwood looks at the group, finally showing some kind of sign their actually awake and says "Everyone stick together now, Like Kane said, He can't support us now in the blind spot. But I can see the Town Hall from here. Just stay close, and shoot if their a threat."
"Thanks Fred, it's like I forgot how to survive a situation I got sent in for." Sam said with a roll of his eyes.
Kane radios in "The Townhall should be now away like 200 metres, I see zero threats."
