I actually have been considering this, although it's a huge file for only the couple NPC's we'd use.

For those wondering we'd probably use:
All 3 Alien NPC's
M21 abrams
Starship Troopers Arachnid
And maybe the terrorists.

But still that's less than half of them, so that's a lot of unneeded space. However i'm sure we'll consider it
Maybe Doom 3 NPC's

I easily see bloodsuckers being doable, the zombies and maybe the FEAR soldier.

Also, the Hgrunts are frmo HL:source, they're pretty nice. Might be better then combine in terms of an AI mercanary band.
