Laws and traditions?

So, I am quite interested in this medieval fantasy RP of yours. What I am a bit interested in is, what exactly are this land's laws and traditions?

I mean, yes. We have the good old they shalt not kill etc. But who defines the laws? Will it be the player who is the current reigning monarch?

Additionally, what about traditions or customs for that matter?

Do they shake hands when they meet or do they just headbutt eachother? (Just a joke, don't worry)

I'm up for a bit of brainstorming and making up lore if you are ;D

True we will have to start makeing the lighter cannon like this. From before we are just slowly starting to add cannon and seeing how it works in server etc.
