The Rank Permissions are as follows, beginning with the lowest rank and ending with the highest:

A Recruit...
-May activate and operate ration terminals with the consent and permission of a unit at or above the rank of 01.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search, only after having consented a unit at or above the rank of 02.
-May not own, carry or operate any weapon unless called upon to do so in an emergency or in a training exercise.
-May not exit the Nexus unaccompanied by a unit at or above the rank of OfC.
-May not issue orders to any other unit. This includes other recruits.

An 05...
-May activate and operate ration terminals with the consent and permission of a unit at or above the rank of 01.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May not issue orders to any other unit. This includes recruits.

An 04...
-May activate and operate ration terminals with the consent and permission of a unit at or above the rank of 01.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May not issue orders to any other unit. This includes recruits.

An 03...
-May activate and operate ration terminals with the consent and permission of a unit at or above the rank of 01.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May not issue orders to any other unit. This includes recruits.

An 02...
-May activate and operate ration terminals with the consent and permission of a unit at or above the rank of 01.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May permit recruits to beat and/or search citizens if he/she feels that it is necessary.
-May not issue orders to any other unit. This includes recruits, and excludes the certain issuable permissions stated above.


An 01...
-May activate and operate ration terminals at his or her own discretion.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May request to own, carry and operate a Spas-12 Shotgun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May permit recruits to beat and/or search citizens if he/she feels that it is necessary.
-May permit recruits to begin a ration cycle.
-May issue orders to other units below 01 if no superior is available.

An OfC...
-May activate and operate ration terminals at his or her own discretion.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May own, carry and operate a Spas-12 Shotgun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May permit recruits to beat and/or search citizens if he/she feels that it is necessary.
-May permit recruits to begin a ration cycle.
-May begin a Regular Judgment Waiver if the situation at hand requires it.
-May issue orders to other units below OfC.

A DvL...
-May activate and operate ration terminals at his or her own discretion.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May own, carry and operate a Spas-12 Shotgun.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus unaccompanied to perform a routine patrol around the plaza.
-May permit recruits to beat and/or search citizens if he/she feels that it is necessary.
-May permit recruits to begin a ration cycle.
-May begin an Autonomous or Regular Judgment Waiver if the situation at hand requires it.
-May issue orders to other units below DvL.


A SeC...
-May activate and operate ration terminals at his or her own discretion.
-May own, carry and operate a USP-M Handgun.
-May own, carry and operate an MP7 Sub-Machine Gun.
-May own, carry and operate a Spas-12 Shotgun.
-May own, carry and operate an AR2 Pulse-Rifle.
-May issue beatings to citizens for failure to comply, as well as perform a search.
-May exit the Nexus ACCOMPANIED when he/she feels it is necessary.
-May permit recruits to beat and/or search citizens if he/she feels that it is necessary.
-May permit recruits to begin a ration cycle.
-May begin an Autonomous or Regular Judgment Waiver if the situation at hand requires it.
-May issue orders to any other units.
