So because we have a bunch of recruits I am deciding to do a training day. This Saturday (April 14th) at 10 PM Est we will have training for an hour. If you come and I feel you understand everything, you get promoted! Post if he you can or cannot come and why.

Its fine, family comes first.  Let me know when you need assistance with the next training date also I advise doing the training a 9GMT next time, its a more open time for alot of people.  Hell its more avalible to me at 9GMT to come along rather then at 3AM in the morning.

Of course, however its best to let him gain a general idea of what part of the world we are from so he might arrange a suitable time.  And as I said, 9PM GMT is likely the most sensible case of time.
